Withdrawal and first deposit bonus?

Do we have a Coin Poker rep here?

I have a couple of questions, and usually a poker rep is much better for replies than common customer support.

• I got that $50 free bankroll, so I have never deposited myself. If I happen to win, can I make a withdrawal without depositing?

• If I make a withdrawal, am I still eligible for first deposit bonus?

• In the bonus info above, it says the bonus requires crypto deposit. In the Coin Poker website it says that Luxon Pays is valid method too. Which one is correct?

Esta cuenta de Pokerstrategy lleva años +de10años y nunca tuve algo de inusual. En ninguna sala nunca tuve problema.

Voy a rogar porque se comuniquen y me devuelvan mi cuenta. No tengo problema CoinPoker jugué y llevo 1semana esperando. Por eso hago este post. Ojalá no demoren😁

For you situation, though, I suggest that you create a customer support ticket (https://www.pokerstrategy.com/home/support/#tickets-start-here) Follow the link then click the beside "Open a new ticket"

Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.

There might be customer service available on the Spanish forum also — I don't know.
