I’m sharing my experience with Winamax FR to highlight the absurdity of their "Responsible Gaming" policies. As a Red Diamond 4-carat player, I’ve reached a high status through significant volume and dedication. However, as soon as I hit this status, the room began restricting my account under the guise of "problem gambling" concerns.Specifically:They... See full post

Hello. I would like to share my negative experience playing on Winamax. I committed a minor breach of the site’s rules, which led to my account being blocked and the site seizing all of my funds—a significant sum. I want to state clearly that I am not a fraudster; I have not caused harm to any other player, nor has the site itself suffered any loss. The money that Winamax has appropriated was won entirely fairly, through hard work. I wouldn’t be writing this if not for two specific points. First, I am aware of instances where Winamax has failed to properly penalize actual cheaters—players who collude at the same table to defraud others. While Winamax acknowledges these cases following complaints—and sometimes even returns funds to the victims—the cheaters themselves are allowed to keep playing! They aren’t banned; they are simply restricted from sitting at the same table together. I don’t object to that—it’s a reasonable measure—but why wasn’t a similar approach applied to me? Secondly, customer support has failed to respond to my messages, leaving me with no choice but to seek out a Winamax representative on forums like this one. All I am asking for is an explanation: why are actual cheaters not being banned, while I have been subjected to the most severe penalty, despite causing no harm to anyone? I suspect that Winamax may target winning players, using even the most trivial rule violation as a pretext to ban them—especially when they have a large balance in their account. If a Winamax representative is present here, please respond; please do not ignore this. If you do not want me on your platform, that is fine—I will simply play elsewhere—but please return the money I earned fairly. Please excuse any potential inaccuracies; I am using a translation tool.
What exactly was the rule violation That seems like the most important part here. There is a pretty big difference between a minor technical breach and something related to account sharing, location, payments, multi-accounting, etc. Also, did Winamax actually say the funds were permanently confiscated, or is the balance just frozen while the account is under review Without those details it's hard to judge whether the punishment was disproportionate.
