The state of the games is actually very good lately, at least for PLO, I can't speak for other games. There has been an influx of recs - and not just the passive ones, the horribly, spewey ones that allow you to win way above what you should be able to. These players generally prefer to join a game that is already going. I would encourage you to try to start a few more games. There are too many players on the site unwilling to do so and I think it's almost as big of a problem as the rake.

I know there is no rep here anymore unfortunately (Chris was great and helpful) so this probably won't get to those whom it may concern But am I the only one that thinks the MTT schedule as it is, especially in terms of starting times, makes no sense at all? I am a EU player with a dayjob so it does make sense I have little good action except on weekends However filtering for $2-$22s for example - why does 3-5am (depending on timezone) USA have a better schedule than afternoon EU (which is like 9-11am USA)? This just makes absolutely no sense. It seems like Chico didn't realize even by now there is a substantial amount of european players playing on their network too by now. EDIT: Actually nevermind, this was always my thought that I never posted. Now I just had another look at a filtered lobby and they just replaced everything with their overraked Mystery Bounties. They always used to have a good schedule of small GDT MTTs, but seems like Mystery Bounties will take over

There is no in house rakeback. You can only get rakeback if you signed up through an affiliate. Occasionally they run promotions where you have to opt in using the bday present looking symbol.

Question on BTC payouts. Can you withdraw directly to Coinbase without getting in trouble with them? I know you couldn't do that with bovada, ignition, or global. A rep said that many players do however they aren't liable should Coinbase choose to take action against your account.

As has always been preached when this question comes up: Use an intermediary wallet like Blockchain or something. DO NOT deposit or withdraw directly from or to Coinbase.

Crypto receive/send addresses are anonymous unless you tell them where it was from.

There is rakeback if you sign up through an affiliate. If a player already has an account on one skin they would be eligible to sign up on the alternating skin and receive rakeback.

Is there a way to make a screen recording of your session? I tried OBS and couldn't make it work. The tables are invisible unless you select a Game Capture source in which case it will capture only one of the available windows.

You can do it if you spend 100-200$ on 3rd party video signal capture device, search for example for: elgato

This BS hit me today off a break like right in peak grind time playing like 10 mtts across a few sites. I've got heaps in the 20k and was locked in for a satty for the major so had to deal with this. So I go to support tell them the exact problem which I imagine is happening often right now. They insist on a screenshot so give it to them super annoying while playing. Then its "were going to update and fix it in a hour or two". Obv dealing with this kills my mojo in my other games. I decide to try uninstall reinstall same BS. Figure out they have a web client u can play on support didnt mention this. Anyways I got nothing no ticket no refund so far very tilting indeed.

Fwiw it is now working this morning. No restart or reinstall since my last try last night either. Great tip about the web client though, thanks. I'll keep that in mind in case this recurs midsession.

Has anyone here also experienced this? I'd love to get some more insight. In my situation, the funds have now been frozen for a week, so basically 6 days overdue. It's quite a fresh account, around 10k hands in 9max NL10 - but then I switched to NL10 and NL25 in and racked up a 28bb/100 winrate over 5k hands. I'm wondering if I was automatically flagged due to the high bb/100 or perhaps they disliked that I was table-selecting quite actively (i.e. not sticking around at a table with 4 russian nitregs).

@Moofey, I don't think so - when I was initially messing around in 9max with a much smaller winrate, I was able to make 2 withdrawals without any problems.

After reviewing the gameplay we can confirm that no issues were detected, p" I literally have pictures from customer service while this was going on admitting their was problems with the software on their end. I sent them these and still denying anything. I've had an account for 10+ years with BOL. Never once have I had a problem that I asked for a refund over. Just another company in the post covid world that is changing policies to greed.

PLO Newsletter: Amazing site to play still. The plethora of whales, fish, and horrible regs let you win above the crazy rake. Takes until 5/10 PLO to run into regs willing to ever bluff river. I can name 10+ "regs" that play 1/2-2/5 that are willing to showdown air on the river on a consistent bases. HeLlODeRe (dumbest username award nominee) is a great example. This guy fires river in any situation in any hand you can exploit fold. The Mingi another good example. Fake regs run rampant. Games are hard to start because sleepwalking regs have these players tagged as good for some reason. Prime examples: EvensenJR, ToughNutz (dumbest username ward nominee), SimonMan. Evensen: This guy plays like a 95% range OTB with 0% fold to 3b and like 1.5% 4b, yet other regs leave table when he's there. A game should be forming around this dumpster fire. ToughNutz - this is not even a reg, it's a somewhat nitty fish - will do **** like potsize check raise bottom 2 no backup OOP in 5 card. SimonMan - does **** like 3b and call 4b oop with A359T single then then punt all in on KT5 with no FD. I'd like to call out some of the regs (or fakeregs, you know who you are) who play this site to sit the tables more often. Breaking news: fish like to join games that are already running! If a game doesn't start in 10-15 mins you can leave then - at least TRY to get a game going once in a while. You'll make up the precious EV you think you're losing when we get Bear51 to join the table.

Exactly lol, every site I've ever played on had these issues going back go pre black Friday including the new regulated sites today. The reason you shouldn't be playing on this site is because they have one of the highest cash game rake on the planet. In defense to BetOnline this rarely happens on this platform and I really hate defending them

For whatever reason, various tables become unresponsive for up to 20 seconds for spurts and then it works fine. Doesn't happen at all tables either. I don't think it's a network issue. Support hasn't been much help. Is there any sort of logging that can help me troubleshoot?

It doesn't happen a lot for me but, at least some of the time, it would have to be BOL. While playing two games, I have had one slow or even disconnect and the other continued fine. The problem game would often correct by itself.

When only one game has problems, and another is working fine, it is probably BOL since everything is the same between you and them (wireless, network, etc.). You can check the network status by opening a browser window and try another website. You can try https://radar.weather.gov/ . It is fairly data heavy. If another website is working, it is probably BOL. Although, it is possible for another website to travel a different internet path. If you are using Windows, you can right click the your connection icon and select troubleshoot. I would sit out first (you may loose connection temporarily).

I have it too, playing on TigerGaming, but here's the thing - I only have this lag when playing via mobile hotspot (speed/location doesn't matter, it's something with the nature of the connection) and there's never lag when I switch to router wifi.

I have it too, playing on TigerGaming, but here's the thing - I only have this lag when playing via mobile hotspot (speed/location doesn't matter, it's something with the nature of the connection) and there's never lag when I switch to router wifi.

Something to remember for mobile users. Although 4G can go up to 100Mbps, the average download speed in the USA is 5 to 12 Mbps (1/2 for uploads). 5G can be 10 to 100 times faster, but you may not always be in 5G areas. I am going to make a bit of a radical post here but I have thought of a reason to not play at BetOnline. BetOnline has an official poker odds calculator. It is the same thing as Holdem Indicator. Holdem Indicator is shady as hell. If you don't believe me, email him. If your email is even in the slightest bit unflattering to him or his software, he will ignore you. Totally unprofessional. I'm not saying be rude to him but if you question him in any way, he will not reply to you. Holdem indicator is supposed to work on play money games, but I have tried it on Ignition and it does not work. I emailed him and asked him why and he sent me a 24 hour license key. Holdem indicator is advertised to be free on play money games but when you ask him, he gives you a measly 24 hour trial period. If this was a 24 hour period on real money games, that would be one thing but he advertises one thing, and when you ask him what the problem is he gives you something totally different. I then contacted him again telling him that I was not asking for a free 24 hour trial period at real money games but why it does not work for free on play money as advertised. He ignored me at this point. This is totally shady and where I come from, if you are going to be in business, you reply to your customers, even if they are rude sometimes. I have also noticed over the years that people in the business of poker add on software such as odds calculators, tend to be really shady. Is it the gambling aspect of this business? To me, it does not matter what business you are in whether it be gambling, adult entertainment, or recreational marijuana, you treat your customers right. Just because a large section of society looks down on it, you still do right by those who are trying to do right by you, even if they get a little snippy at times. With that being said, the mere fact that BetOnline will do business with this guy is a legitimate reason for poker players to not do business with them. That is what is right for me. It may not be right for everyone else and that is ok. I will boycott BetOnline and play at Ignition sans calculator. Most of you probably play without an add on calculator and are wondering why someone would care so much about playing with one. It just makes the calculation easier and the game go smoother. I don't know, maybe I'm wrong.

The rakeback is useless for micro stakes. It is nice that they lowered the rake.

I got a whole $3 for my May bonus. Granted I dont grind on this site but I still probably paid around $100 in MTT rake over the month. A whopping 3%. Better than nothing I guess.

The rb system is clearly pretty poorly thought out, but the changes as a whole are still a huge net positive. Hopefully they continue to encourage cash action and reward regs. 10-25% as a reward range is pretty underwhelming and the lowest tier is completely inaccessible to any micro or any-level casual player. Both of these are pretty major issues. The new rake structure is much improved for lowstakes, but still doesn't seem great for micro players and is still among the worst 500nl+ rake anywhere. Things are definitely improved, but still not good or competitive with the best options. Would also love to see an attempt at 100z or 200z - 50z has been running around the clock since the changes and cash traffic in general seems way up at lowstakes, so would be cool to see if any higher than 50z could get going, at least at peak times. I think recalibrating the reward thresholds to be slightly more generous to everyone and more accessible to micro grinders could lead to a real cash boom on the site. The game quality seems pretty good and the overall offering is at least back within the realm of other sites rather than being completely unplayable.

These arent standard mystery bounty tourneys. There is a global Mystery Bounty Prize pool that all of these tourneys contribute to, and all KOs pull from. Right now the prize pool is $28800. They run hourly and dont get a ton of players. 39 at a low volume time is reasonable. It doesnt look like he was even won most possible (Top Tier is 20% of prize pool and each KO has a .006% chance of winning that), just several Tier 2 (5.65% of prize pool) scores in a short span. Each KO has a .054% of that. Still a crazy run, how crazy depends on how many KOs he has.

I DM'd Chris about this but I got into two separate asinine conversations with support over a situation that happened to me today. Was playing cash on my phone and has 2-3 tables open with roughly $400-600 them. I went to play DOTA and instead of exiting tables just turned off my phone screen knowing I'd go AFK and just be sat out (incredibly obvious to anyone who has ever played cash). Came back a few hours later and all that money was gone. Obviously went to support and as you'd expect they were completely useless. Nothing wrong on their end. The first person I talked to did eventually say well I can see some histories where you were folding and then lost money. So I asked was I basically still dealt in and losing blinds and they said yes. Then I said well wait that's impossible because in a CASH GAME you get sat out as soon as you miss action on any hand. I was then told they could see entries to 3 tournaments for roughly $100 $200 and $150 and that if I don't play my hands I will lose my chips. So they somehow think I was playing tournaments. I actually had a similar issue with Bovada in the past so I think all of this poker customer support must be outsourced to the same dumb****s who don't understand what a cash game is. Tangent, once had a glitch on Bovada where I was getting ready to bomb river against a whale with the nuts in a huge pot, used bet slider, and somehow it glitched out and folded my hand - BOVADA SOFTWARE DID NOT HAVE THE OPTION TO FOLD IN POSITION WHEN CLOSING ACTION - and was told by multiple of their support agents that I was playing in a tournament. I digress. I got to a second agent who told me the same thing and gave me a $200 courteousy. So clearly they acknolwedge wrongdoing but their support are too dumb to understand how a cash game works so this is all I can get. Anyways that's mostly just to vent but if someone had a similar experience and was able to find a solution I would appreciate knowing about it.

I play tournament on Betonline from Europe using the website and I have a fiber link. I've only recently started using it seriously. The website is very laggy. It takes something like 30 seks just to open Lobby of a tournament. When playing, quite often it eats all my time I have to act. So if I have 10 secs, it will give like 2 secs which is not enough and it sits me out. This is super annoying obviously and eventually it will cost me a tournament if it happens at the wrong time. Anybody else experiencing this? I guess if their server infrastructure is shitty and located far from Europe this can explain it. I have to use the website only because I'm on Linux, don't know if the client is equally bad.

Is BOL mining crypto through the client? With lobby open it uses ~15% of GPU. I upgraded from GTX 1660 Super to a RTX 4070 Super, expecting GPU % to go down, but BOL still uses ~15%. Need help. Today the site was experiencing issues with there d Payment provider for crypto. I had two deposits first one eventually showed up. Two hours later. The second one has yet to show up been over 6 hrs with 50+ confirmations for a Litecoin transaction. At the time of the deposit I left mobile browser open waiting to confirm. I'm getting a 12007 system error when trying to launch BetOnline on my PC. I can log in and play from browser mode normally though so it's not a restriction on my account (confirmed by support). Tried to use the "route via VPN" function to see if maybe it was a local restriction but still doesn't work. Uninstalled and re-downloaded the installer and when it's trying to connect with server to install it gives me the same error. Any ideas why this could be happening?

Hi, Tiger gaming is crashing 2-3times every night I play. I have reinstalled, test all different video settings and it still crashes. Anyone else got this problem or know what can be causing this?

At least the $55 MBs are $40 + $10MBJ + 5 rake. So the mystery bounty jackpot aspect of it makes up a smaller % of the buyin, similar to a normal bounty MTT. They have some MBJs on there where around 90% of the buyin goes towards bounties.

They probably got rid of them. They are only pushing mystery bounties now.

What in the hell are they doing? All the good tournaments are gone. They eliminated all normal nlh tournaments except Sundays now? Is this real? Final straw for me after playing here for over 5 years

Since they changed the structure of Double or nothing tournaments last year, the traffic has gone down significantly. Idont know, but I think they will be cancelled permanently.

They got rid of their $5.50R $2K and $5.50R $3K.. site has already gone way downhill and it feels like im playing against a bunch of cheating/colluding bot accounts in their $5.50 $1Ks.

Every time I've been part of the BBJ it announces and pays out immediately. I looked at the BBJ rules and it says that the qualifying hand must be a pocket pair if it's quads, but doesn't say anything about the winning hand being a pocket pair. But if they haven't paid out, I'm guessing that this is a requirement as well.

I guess yeah thanks that makes sense, I dont think it triggered but cant be to sure because I mostly play 8 tables and maybe didnt notice. It might be that with a pair but I mean you dont need it for straight flushes but maybe indeed for quads. The A69J hand does not make quads as only 1 card plays is the way I read that but I am no expert in omaha.

You have to play exactly 2 hole cards and 3 board cards in Omaha. So the player with AJ96 on a AAAQQ board has (AJ)(AAA) as his best five card hand, not AAAAQ like you would in holdem. I'm guessing the issue is that the rules state only that the losing player must have a pocket pair when losing with 4 of a kind, but the software is programmed so that both players must have a pocket pair when making 4 of a kind. This is especially likely when you see how terrible the grammar of the rules is elsewhere. Rule 6, as literally read, says that only 4 sixes qualify in Omaha, not 4 sixes or better, which is the obvious intent. It also refers to the "players" losing, when it should say "player."

Yeah, looks like it. If so, that sucks. They just changed the leaderboards to make it $4000 over the top 75 players--not sure why they'd make a change and then get rid of them entirely. The leaderboards were good for 30-40% rakeback if you grinded enough, which combined with the weekly rakeback made for a really good deal, especially considering that BetOnline has higher rake to begin with. Hopefully it's just for the Christmas promotion and they'll be back in January.

So far it looks like the leaderboards are gone, I hope they make a return soon, it was one feature that made this poker room competitive, but this network has featured leaderboards for years in some form or another so I believe they'll be back soon

And the leaderboards are jacked up paying spots 70-95 and nothing to 1-69. Who knows what is going on with the leaderboards. The $4,000 daily is a great promo and I'm sure it pays for itself many times over. Hopefully they just stick with that.

Your only option is to sign up under affiliate on a different skin if eligible. I'd be very hesitant to believe anyone claiming they can retag existing accounts.

Best course of action is to ask the sites you are concerned with whether it is allowed or not at least then you have official correspondence from them saying it was ok.

I have been playing poker since the 90's. Online and offline/brick & mortar. I have seen different eras with online poker, party poker, poker stars, UB, FT, all the scandals etc. I have been playing on Betonline for about a year or so. Small time player, maybe a few hundred dollars a month mostly on tournaments just for fun. I am sorry but no one can convenince me that Betonline's RNG is random or unbiased. Everything is geared towards carrying the players and action to the river where the run outs can simply not be explained by variance, playing a lot of hands because it is online, selective memory etc. etc. I have seen all kinds of crazy stuff but frequency of the runner runner straights and one outers etc. simply can not be explained by maths, sample size, long run etc. etc. This is just not normal. I dont' have a horse in this race. Maybe I will even keep playing knowing what I know and feeling what I feel but I simply wanted to share my opinions with others. Most importantly as some one who plays brick & mortar poker, I want to say this is NOT real poker. This is something else. And yes, I have some crazy hand histories especially for these runner runner straights and one outers which have been happening in every single tournament I participate especially when players are all in. Tournament size does not matter, even in the member survey tournaments with no immediate cash prize, it is always the same chit. This is not short term variance, this has been like this for months. I know what I need to do just find another option or stop playing online but I just wanted to hear about your experiences as well.

Please stop with the sample size. I am just writing this for you and people to understand the context. I studied computer science and information technology back in the 90s, ran smaller sites like this in 2000s and have general knowledge of the software, server/client side, backend etc. Been playing poker/online poker close to 30 years and over a year on Betonline mainly tournaments. I have all the critical hands from the tournament logs (Betonline knowingly makes it very hard/impossible to download the logs, you can basically view them hand by hand through a very difficult interfance). And it is the same thing with runner runners, one outers in back to back tournaments for months. These hands with a hitting chance of around and less than1% keep hitting every single time in every tournament especially in all in situations as you can see the cards to the end. I do not need 10 years of data to reach to a conclusion. I will quit playing at this site.

I don't know whether you are a shill or someone related with the site but I had already been working with permutations and combinations as well as variance for over 20 years when you first registered for this site. A real person would ask for the logs and analysis which I told that I already had with data compiled for over a year but your only duty here as far as I can see is just to wipe asses. I think you need to close all your tables that you've been playing on a minute or so prior to the race finishing up as well, or it doesn't count them, nor does it bring them over to the next day, so you just lose all those points. I wonder how many spots and dollars I just lost out on due to this, should have only tested it on one table instead of all my tables. Would have finished top3 easily. Rough.

I think you need to close all your tables that you've been playing on a minute or so prior to the race finishing up as well, or it doesn't count them, nor does it bring them over to the next day, so you just lose all those points. Yeah, I'm running like crap on the Golden Drops too. Probably get the lowest amount 2/3 of the time. I'm quite certain it's not random and is designed to get you excited, but the actual EV is much less than the apparent EV if it were actually random. There's so much wrong with the Chico Network, but the games are so soft it still gets a lot of my business.

I've had the max amount be $100, and I actually got it once. I do think the amounts go up the higher you are on the leaderboard, but it's extremely opaque. also worth mentioning that your points for this don't accumulate until after you've exited the table. so I often find myself having to exit out of the tables around 10:55 Central since it can take a few minutes for your stack to not be considered "in play" anymore. you'd think if you just kept playing straight through it would just apply those points to the next day's leaderboard but that doesn't seem to be the case either. you have to actually join the table after the contest starts to get credited. so if you play from say 10 PM - 1 AM without any breaks you won't get any points anywhere. I'm guessing this wasn't intentional, just bad software. but it's +EV for those who know 😀

Cell phone pointed at the screen is probably your best bet.

You need a "capture card", its something that you connect between your PC and your screen, it captures "video" and you connect it via USB and can use it as a source in OBS. I have elgato HD60X. These cards cost like 100-150$ for the basic ones. But keep in mind, in the room TOS its forbidden to share your screen, so in theory you could get banned for streaming - clearly they dont want free marketing 😃 Did people get banned for streaming, is it a rule that is enforced? I dont know (probably not...). You need to calculate risk/reward for yourself

Regarding streams, you need a special permission from the corresponding poker rooms. Poker coaches and streamers can get it. When this thread was official, there was Chris from BetOnline who could escalate your request and grant you streaming permission. Now the only way is probably the online tech support but good luck explaining to them what you actually want

I only played a couple hundred MTT on here over the past year, maybe I suck / ran bad but thought games were not great. The small fields seemed pretty tough & potentially bot/collusion infested. Large field tournies still seemed fairly soft tho.

I have played them all since 2007 and this site is very weired. I tested TG, betonline and sportsbetting. Here is what happened. I play mainly mtts, spins, HU sngs. I am a former Pokerstrategy Spin Legends Gold member. So you can assume that I crush and have my sims next to me while playing. I have the perfect GTO play for any situation, while playing a HU sng.

• Insane upswing with my first deposit. I hit everything and quadruple my bankroll within a week or so mainly by playing mtts and Windfalls.
• The sunrun stops and I get totally destroyed by the same insane coolers, suckouts, setups and I cash out to save some winnings. (Nothing inbetween, just hardcore up/down)
• Loosing 15 HU turbo sngs, in a row by getting insane suckouts is the normal after the sunrun. ... People that play solid throughout the HU sng, suddenly start playing against their tendencies and call your 10 bb reraise jam with 75o and make 2 pair on the river vs your AJo that makes a TP on the flop etc.
• Constant software issues
• Game crashes while I am in a headsup of a Spin (Windfall), or SNG or final table of a tournament. The crash always happens when I have a strong hand that I might play for stacks with.
• After the crash I usually have to readjust everything in the settings. Which takes a long time and is stressfull and tilting.
• Sometimes I even have to readjust the settings just by login out and back in, even when there was no crash.
• Often when in a headsup, after the crash my login data is also gone, which takes more time to get back to the table. So the headsup is basically lost, as my opponent will autoraise me, and when I come back, I am left with 3-4 bb at best. This happened mainly on sportsbetting.
• My first deposit bonus on sportsbetting was not activated, after I came from betonline. The customer support didn't want to give me the first deposit bonus, when I switched between skins. They said this WELCOME Bonus is just for north Americans. They showed my some website, that is clearly not for Europeans, and I had to argue with them to get the deposit bonus, which already shows that they are not sincere and dishonest by nature. ... although I believe the bonus is pretty irrelevant. One has to play very high to clear that fast. And if not I doubt that people will be able to clear it while on these extreme ups and downs, because they will either quit, go on insane tilt and lose even faster, or keep pumping money into the ecosystem, and basically make some change in the longrun or go breakeven or slightly loose. But I am sure, there is some sunrunner or fake player that will tell me what a fish I am and make some samplesize statement ^^ go ahead fish. Right now while I am writing, the software logged out automatically and all settings are fked again. EDIT: One more thing I have noticed is that when a HU sng starts the software will have me on sitout on the first hand and I will lose my sb every time. This is seriously some hardcore sh!@*

I will test the site for a little bit and report here if it changes to the better. The support forwarded the software issues to the relevant people that might be able to solve this. Also lets see if the site continues to doomswitch the account, or if I am actually allowed to win with an almost perfect gto play against the fish or bots or housebots or whatever these opponents are. Cashouts on betonline have been relatively fast with crypto (few hours). Table design in general is also pretty nice. Rakeback seems to be a mess, and mtt schedule is also very dry.

Hello, Chico poker blocked me with confiscation of funds. I fully admitted my guilt, it was because they allow registration on different platforms and I first registered on behalf of my partner on Tiger, then you disabled his invite bonuses, then he said I could create an account on Sportsbetting and get bonuses again Then he was disabled and he registered me on BetOnline. When he got his bonuses disabled too, my partner said I could register an account for a friend and it's normal that everyone does that and there would be no problem with it. My fault for not being convinced of the truth of those words, but I always used only one account, if I created a new account it never went to the old one again. I have always played fair, I have never had any warnings, I am willing to cooperate in any way, but the site managers do not make any contact. I understand that in fact I violated the rules of the platform, but do you think that this violation is a ban with confiscation of funds? If anyone has any ideas how to reach the management of chico with requests to reconsider my issue - I will be glad

I realize that I broke the rules and admitted fault. At the moment I thought that if a person has the right to create 3 different accounts in his own name, it's ok to create a fourth one for the sake of rakeback from an affiliate on a friend. But the game itself from my side has always been fair, I do not really understand the confiscation of my funds in whose favor, if no one in fact suffered from unfair play because of my actions. I don't know myself, I trusted the affiliate, who assessed this as a normal step and justified himself internally by saying that I was not deceiving anyone and was simply returning the rakeback that the room had taken away from me. And the support service, yes, just ignores me, of course I will try to get in touch with them somehow, but I understand that there is little chance of their amnesty.

Talked with a rep to see what was going on with the typo. He confirmed it was APR500. Then I obviously wanted to know how long I would have to release the bonus. Am I the only one who remembers that there was a "Weekly Cash Race" going on last week. And that it dissapeared sometime around sunday morning 4/27? Everybody was ranked in the same way as the Daily Cash Race. Set to expire at midnight sunday. Nobody else noticed that it just fell off and dissapeared without any payouts?

Weekly Cash Race had its own thing going on, you got points based on your hand losing at showdown, whereas Daily was just total rake thought it was pretty lame to not seperate into low/med/hi, as someone who plays 25 and 50 PLO I have basically no chance at hitting the daily leaderboard even if I'm playing 7-8 hours the good news is they revamp their entire bonus system every month or so 😀

Am I the only one who remembers that there was a "Weekly Cash Race" going on last week. And that it dissapeared sometime around sunday morning 4/27? Everybody was ranked in the same way as the Daily Cash Race. Set to expire at midnight sunday. Nobody else noticed that it just fell off and dissapeared without any payouts?

My mistake. I was expecting it to end at exactly midnight sunday but I guess it ended at noon (?). And I'm not sure, but it seems my account was credited with the prize at around that time.

Ya it gives you weekly and monthly rewards via Telegram. It's dumb you have to use a third party app but it does connect you to the site to claim.

Can I get a bit more explanation about needing to go through Telegram to get rewards? I've poked around a bit, and it looks like this is only for casino/ sports betting. If you use crypto and ONLY crypto for any transactions with the network, you won't need to go through all this KYC crap.

I think it's just one of many layers of bot detection/collusion. While I understand privacy concerns over KYC it at least makes it slightly harder. You don't want to be on a site where one person is creating 30 accounts and no one is checking to see if there is a real individual behind each. While KYC checks can be annoying especially when it takes too long.....I welcome it. Especially in 2025. Also a minimum wage CS rep in another country doesn't know anything about the site... just look above lol

A little over 2 months ago, my Tiger Gaming account was blocked. They never gave me any explanation as to why, and every time I contacted them, they said that my account was under review. I won approximately 16k dollars there a while ago, and in addition to only being able to withdraw a little bit per week, they also blocked my account. I contacted them several times and the only response I got was that the account was under review. This is all extremely frustrating, we all know how hard it is to win at poker and when you win something, the site blocks it. I hope this post helps me in some way to unblock my account. It appears so. This bomb pot format is the stupidest thing I've ever seen for a Sitngo. At first they were forcing 2 BB ante per bomb pot. They adjusted it to 1-2, randomized it seems. That made it not SO bad. But it appears today they went full stupidity and lowered the levels from 5 mins to 4 mins per, so you are basically playing a slot machine with how fast blinds increase with the added bomb pots. They are doing their best to remove any skill to the NLH SnG.

Is there an alternative to "Advanced Chico Converter" ? I just can't find a permanant solution to Norton Quarantining it. Every time I restart my computer, Norton forgets the exemption and Quarantines ACC again and makes it unusable when I remove it from Quarantine. Forcing me to re-install ( and get a new code). I honestly think there's something nefarious going on. Every reg is getting slaughtered. Every fish is crushing. Hidef is up like 900 buyins in a day as one of the worst players in history. This reminds me exactly of what happened on Bovada years ago when out of nowhere it was just impossible to win. You could still get it in good pre but you'd just get ****ed over and over again. I think the way it is set up is that they do get crushed some of the time but they just win long term. I've never posted conspiracies because they're 99% bullshit but I think Chico needed some money.

I knew firsthand of a bunch of them that got the accs and showed some absolutely ridiculous results, pushing 15-20bb/100 over hundreds of thousands of hands at PLO. You want to be the person ripping through the games like a hot knife through butter? Look to yourself before you instantly call it suspicious/cheating. Are you actually training as often as possible, are you game selecting with as much precision as you can, are you preparing for sessions as much as you can, are you improving your health as much as you can. It's no surprise many of the absolute best NL MTT players are in great physical shape.

Important to note as a follow-up: Everyone is improving to some degree via experience, some way faster due to intense training and improvement. If you aren't improving, you're regressing relative to population. If you're improving at the same slow rate as the average lazy reg, you're not really improving relative to population. You have to improve faster and better than the people you're playing against to win a high wr and scale upwards.

Good post, I can't really argue with anything you said. That is an interesting insight on the 1k and 2k games. I was not playing that high back then - I saw a lot of weird stuff going on at 100 and 200. ' On Chico/BoL the only thing I will say is that I've consistently grinded most stakes of PLO for a few years now and the one thing that still sticks out as very odd is that there were 3-5 new accounts playing 200PLO and up with very similar strats that all started within the last week or so. Probably just coincidence but I've never seen this many new players at one time before. The player pool is very repetitive.

About as clear a case of transferring money as one can get tbh, seen this many years ago on 888 where two players would register in $20HU games and one sit out and they repeated this game after game. Unfortunately for them I am a lover of watching SnGs and cash tables which is the only reason I spotted it. Since there are wagering requirements put on p2p transfers on most sites this practice has become more frequent. Keep an eye out for them and see if the site took action and update here, in my case 888 tbf dealt with them and I never seen them again.

while the new "8-Bomb" SNG format sucks I should point out the "Win Nothing" promotion they've got going on is pretty good. basically if you fail to cash in 8 SNGs of any one type you get a ticket for an entry into another one. assuming you cash 37.5% that's basically 13-14 you need to play to get a free ticket. I wonder if it was intended that way, since the promo itself kinda reads like you have to lose 8 in a row.

Is it possible to transfer or otherwise cash out tournament tickets? Depending on what promo Chico is running this month, I'll sometimes win tournament entries, which are useless to me because I don't play tournaments, only play Omaha, and rarely have a full day to set aside to play.

Tournaments with a solid structure, such as: 109 $ at 06:30 GMT+3 55 $ PKO at 07:30 GMT+3 have been removed from the schedule, and it's unclear why these changes were made.

If you go into filter and uncheck Cash and Ticket it seems every tournament remaining in the list allows you to buy in with tourney money. Same for sngs.

my laptop and desktop strangely have 2 different looking tables. laptop which i just bought is huge icons completely engulfing the cards which look tiny and square looking tables. i was like oh they changed the software cause i hadn't played in a few days but going back to my desktop it's the usual software. tiny icons to the left of the players name and rectangle tables. i much prefer tiny icon /rectangle tables. former is almost unusable. it's showing as the same software update so I don't think it's that. I caught it before it was taken down. I don't remember all of the details, but it was based on VIP Rewards level with bronze at 10%, silver at 12.5% and went up from there. I do remember it specifically said that poker rake still won't count toward VIP level.

So the reason that Glasgow Rangers and I did not receive the bonus is that there is an additional condition to qualify for the bonus. I reread the promotion and the condition is stated in the main text, even though it wasn't very clear so that both of us missed it.

Seems they are now offering leaderboards again. For the next 12 days at least. Good time to point out how utterly hideous their bonus system is. That's not even to say it's cheap or even particularly stingy. You get more than what most sites give you. But the way everything is presented and calculated is awful. The leaderboards themselves are presented as a long scrollable list presented in an effectively random order. You don't get points until you exit the table, sometimes not for several minutes after, so if you're grinding a long session and don't quit before 12 EST then none of it counts. Nor does it count for the next day. Also hilarious that PLO and PLO6 have a leaderboard down to $50, which only has PLO, while NLHE has the lower stakes too, almost like they went top to down and just ran out of promo money and said screw it. Their promos change every couple of weeks anyway. It's almost like they're A/B testing a bunch of things but they've been doing this for years with no rhyme or reason. But hey, I take it over the crumbs you get on other sites.

Chico seems to tinker with their bonus system every few months for some reason. I wish it were more stable, but it's really my only serious complaint about the site. I'm aware of the "don't get points until you leave a table" bug, so I always remember to break a few minutes before the deadline. But other than that, it's a pretty good site. The player pool, at least for PLO, is insanely fishy. I see some names on the leaderboards who are massive donators. I don't know of any other site where the leaderboards are anything other than 25 VPIP/ 20 PFR regs, but on Chico, I'll see some 60 VPIP whale up there.

Well...that definitely used to be the case...but as I've seen on other sites, the presence of a leaderboard really brings the grinders out. There's a bunch of PLO 50 tables running (well, 4, which is a lot for this network) but it looks like the same 4 guys are at all of them. That said the games are def good otherwise

I was supposed to get $2400 for finishing 1st at NL50. Out of the 13 daily races I've won 11 and was leading by about 500 points overall. SportsBetting live chat opened a ticket but told me my account "shows no qualifying activity". Now I have definitive proof of my overall placement since I've been taking photos of the daily leaderboards after each day, showing my position and points, but they still say there was no "qualifying Cash Game Circuit NLHE 50 activity/points" (which doesn't make any sense since playing daily races was the only activity possible, there wasn't any "join" button to press or anything) and refuse to pay. There's total radio silence by email, both from SB and the Chico network. I finished first in the NL25 leaderboard and I'm having the same problem as you. Please send me the PDF file of the webpage that you have. I currently have an open ticket and received an email a few hours ago from them asking to provide more information (I sent them screenshots of my daily leaderboards too). Really weird. I've found Chico to be the most stable of all the sites. Tables open quickly, recovers well if I have a brief Internet disconnect, minimal lag.

Had the same issue, it turned out to be related to Jurojin. You can use IntuitiveTables instead. That said, I'd advise against playing on this network.

Well, they just blatantly scammed players for up to $50k in unpaid promotion payouts without providing any reason. And to make things worse, they're now running the same promo again, LMFAO. So they can basically do whatever the f... they want and then just stop replying to your emails if they are in the wrong. To me it seems risky to play on a network that cares so little about its reputation.
