888 is a big site , you should add some 100+$ tournaments in a peak traffic time. Major evening tournaments for 15-30$ it's too low. also you must add function increase(decrease) bet amount using wheel mouse for 1/2 Big blinds. It's built-in in microgaming and full tilt software.

edit2: promo is on the main page, so it definitely didnt stop running. So hopefully its some random delay (written that prizes will be granted within 72 hours in t&c), and a new-year-deposit is a not a condition. if yes, hope noone has grinded a lot in the first week.

888Poker recently deleted SNGs from their offering due to 'business reasons.' For the last 12 months or so, according to Poker Scout, both 888Poker and Party Poker pulled in similar playing figures. Sometimes 888Poker was ahead of Party by a few hundred more players, and other times Party would be slightly leading. Party Poker still offers SNGs and the question now begs. Was the business decision by 888Poker the correct one despite protests from players at the time? The answer is a resounding no. Traffic has increased substantially by another 500 players on Party (1500 playing today), while 888's traffic is down by 500 players (550 players today. It seems players at 888Poker have voted with their feet and migrated over to Party. Maybe the change is seasonal and 888 will recover. But I think the ship is about to sink.

Theres a big issue here in regards to 888 stopping services on a couple of countries, Thailand, Norway, Perú just to name a few. Personally people here in my country had restricted access up to a couple of days ago that we were able to log in and play again out of nowhere, with no info about it from support and while affiliates were sent information by official 888 channels that they were indeed stopping operations on January 5th. As today i am able to open tables but the restricted message is still happening. You people in 888 are acting on such a chaotic way that i dont even know what to believe anymore. So far ive stopped playing and i wont come back until its solved.

Hello, after trying to get my cashier unlocked for 2+ years, today 888 finally decided to permanently ban my poker account.

Firstly i am a full time player. But also i have not even been able to deposit for the last few years whilst consistently withdrawing winnings, and they also sent me the rest of the funds in the account which wasn't a small amount, so clearly i can afford to play.

Here was my last correspondence with them, after they asked for extra details. Even if you just want to stop me from being able to deposit ever again, i think i should be allowed to play with what remains in my account. I get the feeling that someone in the company just couldn't be bothered to deal with my case. Any help getting my account unbanned would be appreciated. Thanks. Username: Swann97

Please look into this or I will write to the Gambling Commissioners. It seems to me that 888 is running out of money, and they clearly have problems since they are delaying the withdrawal. I also know a lot of stories with account blocking, where the support service checks the player’s passport for 6 months in order to withhold money. Unfortunately, they lied to you. In this letter they wrote to me that I could not carry out the withdrawal that was approved back in December. And they said that a letter had been sent to me. But I didn’t receive any letter, and the withdrawal was hanging in the cash register.

From the beginning they approved the withdrawal of funds. THEN they canceled it (according to them in the letter), but they did not cancel it at the checkout, and did not send me any message by email. They were silent for 2 weeks, and as soon as I wrote, they told me that there would be no withdrawal, but we sent you a letter, which there is no. Then they asked to provide additional documents to make a new conclusion. I provided it immediately and again the email was completely ignored. Perhaps through you it will be possible to resolve this issue in less than a month. Since I've been waiting for 3 weeks already. And at the same time, I am a member of the VIP support club. Hi, 888 froze my account for strange verifications throughout the year. I sent them documents, they unfroze it, I played for a month, then the freeze happened again, and this repeated several times. The last time they froze it, they asked me to send my passport about 5 times, and each time they claimed that my passport didn't meet their requirements, which is complete nonsense. I’ll describe my story with 888 poker: I had a blocked account (blocked without reason or explanation, I didn’t use or use any prohibited programs in online poker), after 1.5 years I decided to write to support to unblock my account, well, maybe they’ll come to their senses and thought about unblocking , wrote them the same letters for a month, the answer was positive, they asked me to send documents for confirmation and verification of the account, I sent them a letter that all restrictions were lifted (all letters of correspondence are available with account confirmation). But as soon as I made a deposit, they blocked my account, writing that our membership was terminated and the deposit will not be returned, they themselves allowed it and blocked it themselves after making the deposit (strange situation), I wrote to the commission but have not yet received an answer. 888pkoer it is useless to communicate, they are like robots, sending the same letters without justification or explanation. Help resolve the situation, unblock the account and return the deposit. Thanks in advance.

Hello I put money for withdrawal on the 18th of January. Withdrawal to skrill/neteller usually takes 1-3 working days After 2 weeks, the withdrawal is still in "in process" in the cashier. I spoke to live support and was told that they will pass the information to another department and write to my email within 3 days. 3 days passed - no answer. My second dialogue with the support service: I was told that I need to send the documents for verification, which I immediately did, I received an email that the answer will be within 24-72 hours. 72 hours passed - no answer. Today I wrote to live support again and was told that it turns out that no documents are needed from me at the moment, at least the agent had such information, and said that they will again pass the information about my pending withdrawal and will reply with a letter "later" Can you please provide 100% information if I need to send something or not? Thank you, but they replied exactly same as previous time. I understand that documents are not accepted but I don't know which one is gonna be ! Already sent many (1. Phone bill 2. Water bill 3. Hi, for the past 3 months, I have been unable to pass the address verification. Even though I have submitted all possible documents - bank statements, utility bills - it has come to the point where I went to a notary with the owner and obtained a consent for residence in the apartment. The document clearly states my address, date of birth, all my details, the cadastral number of the apartment, and the registration for permanent residence with all seals and paid amounts! Rightclick on the felt as usual, but there is also a new bug that it doesn't open up in pko/bounty tours; at least for me. So u can only change in a "regual/normal" tournament.

Trying as much to sieze money away?? otherwise I don't see reason for declining every single document. Understand everything with security, however so hard to get any respond or clarification. Also, if you want to redeposit and use an 888 bonus code from an email where they ask you to redeposit and only play poker and not online casino or sportsbet, is the only safe bonus codes to use those that give you like $5 in blast tickets and similar things? Gotten emails where it say bonus up to $200 for 20% which implies $1000 deposit gets $200 bonus but this only applies to online casino right? There is no bonus where it's for poker only right? Can't imagine you deposit $1000 and get a $200 bonus and say after you play $5000 or $10000 worth of buyins, you get $200 cash whether that amount is credited to you after your deposit or after you play that much worth of buyins? So if you play poker only, don't use any of these type of bonus codes because you will have issues cashing out later on or something? The only safe ones to use would be those that give you like $5 worth of blast tickets or tournament tickets?

1. if someone was on sit out he will be shown all the time on sit out even he sits back in. unless u close and open the table new.
2. its easy to miss a hand since there is no other acoustics time warning before the timebank starts. would be awesome if u could add again the 3 times peep before the timebank starts. additionally it would be amazing if u could add how much timebank in seconds is left before the timebank starts. now u dont know if u have any timebank after actual time to act finishes.
3. in satelites the number of places paid is wrongly shown at the table pop up/info at the top left of the table.

Is there a reason why the 888 software got changed so many times? Also are people having lag issues again now? There is an issue with heavy lag and freezing the moment you have over x amount of tables. This was an issue a while back but it got fixed from a software update a long time ago. There seems to be lag issues even when playing just a few tables as well. Anyone else have these same issues? Also, the way the table layout is changed, it's hard to even have hud stats on it anymore. Anyone notice this as well? The very old 888 software was the best. Then the software from a while back that fixed that lagging issues was still good. Also there is no sound when it's your action. Also certain tournaments have the boxing ring as the layout and you can't change it?

Rake and rakeback issues:

1. Don't trust the tracker or don't trust the rake calculated by a pokerroom. I was very surprised when I asked PS to send the rake history by a monthly basis for the last 12 months. There wasn't any month when the tracker showed the same amount. (I used pt4 and hm3 too in that period) There was around 1-4% difference between the numbers. (I didn't use the cashout option, basically never) Anyway, if you want to avoid the extra tilt factor by getting the wrong rakeback, I strongly recommand to generate - in this case - 1,1k or 1150 rake to make it sure you get the correct 35%. I'm playing here at 888 since last summer or so, and there wasn't a single week when the rakeback was equal to the tracker calculated one. On the other side, the gap is usually tiny, and 888 (or the tracker) makes mistakes in the positive and the negative direction too. (so got more rakeback then expected couple of times)
2. Be careful about the timeframe. In my experience the "rake week" ends at 888 on Sunday 0:00 UK time, so if u play from a different timezone, make sure you filter the tracker database by the exact timeframe too to check the rake.

Oh, I misunderstood the situation. So they indirectly admit that you paid more than 1k rake by paying 210 bucks. Okay, it is ridiculous.

Agree with you.

1. Tracker may miss some hands, so the rake in tracker should be lower than true rake, hence, you getting more rake than the tracker shows. What annoyes me is the fact that they somehow recognize that I did 1K+ rake, because of the rakeback I received. This is very tilting.
2. I play from 3-4AM to10PM UK time zone, so shouldn't be an issue with that. Well it is what it is, I just feel robbed (and tilted as f.). L.E. just saw your response on the next page, so you get my point very well. Like some guy said here, it could be very easy with a progress bar filling in, to show you exactly where you're at.

After playing a couple of hands immediately noticed the first two points.

1. Opened wider because the BB was sit out and he magically shoved on me because well... he wasn't!
2. We need to know how much time bank we have left, if any so we can decide if we can plan or need to rush a decision before being auto-folded.
3. Fix the table felt bug. We can't change the felt color on PKOs which is important to differentiate tables from Classic, PKOs, bubble time, etc I won't play there again until at least the first two issues are fixed because I found them to be major problems but overall the experience felt much smoother so it's one step into the right direction. I'll keep following the thread.

Sitout bug is ridiculous. Why would u not check the software first before rolling out that update? Or at least immediately fix that bug now that its known? Typicall case of yet another major pokersite that uses their customers as beta testers for a new software product. U cant tell me that the programmers and people who check/controll these things @ 888 are that bad in what they do.

New software is a big improvement on the previous garbage. So much so, that I have started to play on 888 once again. It still needs a few tweaks and the old bugs need clearing up such as notes/colour label going AWOL. Although I am using a HUD so still I have valuable data to work on in the event this happens. I don't know if this new update is too little, too late for the network. Time will tell, I guess.

Summed up 888 claims to have increased the multitabeling experience with the new update, but i seriously doubt, that any halfway serious multitabeling player is content with the situation of having the distracting avatars ( with no option to disable!) aswell as that huge color patterns of the cards, shoved into his face, some extended hours deep into a session. As in my case i tried to find a solution myself by purchasing a table-theme that enables the removal of avatars, aswell as dowgrading other (colorly) distractions but you rather get the info, that it's not recommended to do this - since it's probably on the safer side to state this, instead of checking the matter of the request seriously. Unfortunatly thats a very frustrating outcome for me, but i acknowledge it anyways.

Hello 888rep, on 12.02.2024 at 21:44 GMT I was playing 4 tournaments with the buy-ins of $215, $88, $25 and $22 as I was suddenly logged out. During the whole evening, I wasn't able to login again on multiple devices, despite of the good connection to the 888 server. I was even able to change my password, but still wasn’t able to login. On 13.02. I asked support for a compensation. In the email I also added a calculation of the ICM amount of my final table stack in the $215 tournament which amounted to $1464. For this reason, I asked support for compensation of at least a significant portion of the ICM amount in this tournament instead of the "normal" buy-in compensation. After sending the email, I didn't receive any support ID. So, the next day, I asked support if the email was received, and it was confirmed by support. But since then, I haven't heard anything for 3 weeks. Could you please escalate the issue, 888rep? Thanks.

(shareing holecards, dont/rarely play HU, don't play higher stakes) All of those accounts started playing at 888 in august/september 2023 and immediately crushed (which is obv not that hard but still fishy). They play a similar style and lately I saw they disconnect at the same time. Also please check hand #693185723. after two players sat out the other two "bots" played ~15-12 hands and didn't see a flop. None defended their BB patiently waiting another player would rejoin.

The new poker software is the worst unoptimized site i have ever played on, and I've played on all of them! The fonts on the table are way too small cannot see anything unless you play 1 tableling and fullscreen it , the bet buttons are black on black background and way to small and of top of that you removed the warning sound before entering in timebank. If you are not focusing specifically on 888 tables you don't know it's you turn to act. I am sitout once at least 1 of 3 hands and I see others on the table having the same issues. After all this years of total missmanagent from 888, I did not think it can get worse but here we are !

names/which limit? i play pl200+, and tbh i didnt experience any bot working. some regs might be bots, but they never ever do any weird, bot suspicious move. However there were some botish player, who i played against, but all of them are disappeared after couple of days/couple of hundred hands.

you guys who crying about the updated software, just use eighteighteightcaption...you can hide avatar, change font size, and million more things. updated frequently. been using it since summer or so, its perfect.

Top management does not recommend using 3rd party software. Although 888Rep is ignoring question about consequences in case of ignoring such recommendation, so there could be none .. or You can get banned with confiscation. You never know.

Well it would be good to know if 888-Caption was indeed allowed, since

names/which limit? i play pl200+, and tbh i didnt experience any bot working. some regs might be bots, but they never ever do any weird, bot suspicious move. However there were some botish player, who i played against, but all of them are disappeared after couple of days/couple of hundred hands.

4 of those 5 accounts play exclusively PLO25 and PLO50 so "no worries". This month a 6th account came up which could be part of this as well. Across all accounts the made ~30k $ winnings last 6 months playing mostly PLO25 and PLO50. It is so fxckin obv. They even play 2 vs 1 normal player on several tables. To hide it a little they mix up the accounts so not on every table the same 2 accounts are sitting in. sad to see 888 is not acting because even right now they are all active

Only on 888 it is still blocked. Please let this check from your support. Last time it lasted nearly 3 months before the account was unblocked. You need to send these over to support with all the evidence and they will investigate it for you and this can sometimes take months. Regards

Yeah man, I posted the same thing but @888rep totally ignored me. It's because they for some reason removed the sound that alerted us to act before entering in timebank, and there's the small black bet buttons on black blackground also, on every other site the bet butons are big and red. It's seems that whoever wrote the code for the "new and improved" software and his supervisor has no clue about online poker.

I completed a "2024 LEAP YEAR SPECIAL" poker promotion that was on February 29th and never got my poker tournament tickets. It should be 6 tickets that I'm missing (two: $2.2 tickets two: $11 tickets two: $55 tickets) .. Live chat support told me it would take 72 hours to get them but its now been 15 days and nothing. There's lots of collusion going on 888 for more than a year. Your website is a paradise for cheaters. You love feeding cheaters. You love Blast. You're a cksukr. I remember M33 and Sraea, it is clear and obvious that these accounts are suspicious. I definitely remember M33's timings, basically he used max default timebank before every single preflop raise or fold decisions, but every single time decided right before the extra timebank was about to activated. I remember because one time we played 3-handed vs. a recreational and he was annoyed too that the game is very slow. Tell me someone never has a clear preflop fold situation lol.

Since the latest software change in SNAP games it often happens that I cannot see the cards that are dealt nor any buttons to click, and that table stays frozen that way until I close it. But before I close the table if I go to replayer I can see that I was indeed dealt a hand that I cold not play. Does that happen to anyone else, is it a known bug, and if so is there a solution?

Hi everyone! I'm having an issue with approving a withdrawal method. I have to use bank transfer as a method due to skrill issues, so I have created a Vietnamese bank account (the country I currently reside). I have already verified my docs and address. The operations team then asked me to provide docs verifying my account ownership and showing where to actually send the money. I have provided all of that plus the account statement to once again verify my address. I've been running in circles for the whole week totally annoying bank stuff to get the docs needed and now the operations team tells me that the last doc is not visible or required info is not included. I was shocked when I got the email because all the info was in the document and was as readable as a document can be. So I underlined the important stuff and sent the document back trying to get some resolution, because at this point it looks like the operations team just wants to stall the process of paying me. After that, they did not respond to my letter for 8 days and counting. Please help, I am clueless what to do and who to contact.

What reason did they give for confiscating the 10k balance? That can't be done on a "business decision" for undisclosed reason, that requires proof (not accusation: proof.) of breaching the terms of service.

1. I got banned in January 2024 because I couldnt finish my verification and unbanned shortly after that (message of unbanning I assume)

2. After I sent new documents. Here is operation team respond (I sent many documents, all of which I had at that time)

3. Next I asked 888rep on 2+2, whats wrong with documents and what should I do

4. I get this repond from operation team. As everyone see it tells nothing

5.Before seeing that email I followed up (actually I sent that one before opening that email from 13)

6. Asking another time after getting ''standart robo email''

7. Nobody responded and asked again here in 2+2 ( I didnt send any email after documents for verification, only messaged here, because it is impossible to talk by emails - they answer slow and not clear)

8. After that I recieved email (welcome to the ban again 😀 Again I didn't send anything by email and my messaged everyone can read above

9. Of course I am super tired at this point with all that and wanted to take a break. However I noticed that I am able to cash out my money, before it wasnt available. So hoping for miracle I ordered cash out to skrill which I used for deposit. And attention - skrill is from Thailand! Country which I fail to verificate so many times

10. Not get anything - no money !

It is absolutely possible that I missed something. So many emails, messages and everything is unclear. However this email is special. I spend 1 hour writing it and finding all evidence of 888 scam. Why do I think so:

1. They let me cash out and now all money is gone from my account but it didn't arrive to my skrill also ( I have balance 1$ now in cashier) 2)They ban me and unban and ban again, even last month I did absolutely nothing 3)Some people finish verification with similiar documents I sent already (for confidencial purpose I cant tell name or send documents which they are used) 4)I am not protected by EU, so easy target for this (as some other people who got their money stolen) 5)They didn't provide any clarification why document are not accepted and which ones I should sent. The support opened the issue 240325-000800 but they don't seem to be willing to resolve the issue. It appears to me that they don't understand that there is a huge problem if players are only informed by popups and push notifications. Anyways the stopped answering on 26.03.2024. The whole international pool is getting e-mails. On 15.05.2023 they suddenly stopped to send e-mails to germans. Half a year ago they asked us for a permission to send promotional e-mails. Hello, I'm Educa-s0lver on Pokerstars and TheMestresis on WPN. I present my case here and my recent problems with 888 poker. It all starts on February 2, 2023 when I received an email in which they asked me for verification. I did it by sending the requested documents and they asked me for new documents again the next day which I sent again. We spent several months with this dynamic, in which each time they asked me for different documents (ID document, notarized invoices, selfies with my document, etc etc) and i sending each and every one of them several times. The treatment by the 888 team was inefficient as they never solved my problem and always gave automatic responses. They said that they had received my documentation and it was being processed and fter spending several days they asked me the same thing again. In fact, one of the times I received an email from them saying that my account had passed the verification process and that it would be unlocked, but when I tried to access the same thing happened again and they asked me for the same documents again... They have been freezing my account for one year with more than $20,000 in it, their investigation is completely wrong, I have sent them all the necessary documentation to verify that my KYC is completely correct. I don't mind that my account remains blocked but I do want to be able to get the money I have inside it. Please tell me what else you need to clarify this situation, or return the funds. Hi can you acknowledge this please. Its a bug to not know if you have any timebank as the regular time goes down. The original request was also liked by other players so its clearly effecting others too.

Im not sure about the manual button, I always had the automatic selected. Last night I tried changing it to manual but couldn't see any button. The timer only a peers for me once timebank is activated - yes its on top of the card(not a big deal for me personally but not idea). If I don't have any timebank it folds my hand - but my problem is I have no idea IF I have timebank or how much I have prior to the normal action time running out. So I have to guess if I have used my timebank and sometimes guess wrong = snap fold. Is this the same for everyone else?

@888Rep Another case of being unable to verify the account. I have been playing on your site probably around ten years and have been asked to verify my ID multiple times over the years. It has always been done quick and easy in the past. About 20 days ago I got operations team email for account verification because the ID that I sent few years ago has expired. I sent my new ID that was made about 6 months ago. I never moved to a different address. Same address, same country, everyything as before. Then they ask me for proof of my registered address, as if the ID that was issued 6 months ago with that exact address is not enough. I can get an ID from my countrys Ministry of Internal Affairs, but it's not good enough proof for 888 operation team that I live in that address. So as it says in the mail, I sent my bank statement. I sent my last three bank statements just in case. I even highlighted my name, address, and the dates of issue in case they have trouble finding it. In every mail they say: "We need to clearly see the date of issue, name, and address. " "The document must have been issued in the past 6 months." Everything is clearly visible in the documents and they are issued in the past 6 months. They say that i sent an invalid type of document. I do not understand what is invalid? They ask for a bank statement, I send that exact thing, and they say it is invalid. I only have account in one bank. What should I do, open an account in another just to see if their statement will be "valid"?? Then I tried with Revolut statement, but as expected, that too wasn't valid. I explained that I don't have utility bills under my name because other member of my family is the owner of the house I live in, so every utility bill is with their name on it. The only thing I have with my name are mobile phone and medical insurance bills. As you can guess, that too was not valid. Then I sent the official documet for proof of residence issued also by my countrys Ministry of Internal Affairs. It's the highest proof of residence you can get. You can even check it's legitimacy and data for yourself online, the instructions are on the page. They said its invalid. I have sent enough documents to the operations team for someone to completely steal my identity, but it's still not enough. It is a bit strange how I used to send the same documents for verification over the years, but now all of a sudden it is all invalid, even though nothing has changed and my address is same all this time. The only thing I can think of right now that maybe operations team found suspicious is the fact that I logged in once from Malta while I was on vacation there end of February, beginning of March, only to collect my rakeback for the week before. It would be absurd that caused all this trouble but just in case you need an explanation for that. I always play from my computer in my home in my registered address. Can you please send this to them, to consider everything I wrote here because we will get nowhere with their generic emails telling me everything is invalid, when that is simply not true. Hello, This is the second time I have written in this forum after several months trying to recover my money without a response. I see that I am in the same situation as more than 20 players, and my conclusion is that 888 is trying to take our money. I'm Educa-s0lver on Pokerstars and TheMestresis on WPN. I present my case here and my recent problems with 888 poker again. It all starts on February 2, 2023 when I received an email in which they asked me for verification. I did it by sending the requested documents and they asked me for new documents again the next day which I sent again. We spent several months with this dynamic, in which each time they asked me for different documents (ID document, notarized invoices, selfies with my document, etc etc) and i sending each and every one of them several times. The treatment by the 888 team was inefficient as they never solved my problem and always gave automatic responses. They said that they had received my documentation and it was being processed and fter spending several days they asked me the same thing again. In fact, one of the times I received an email from them saying that my account had passed the verification process and that it would be unlocked, but when I tried to access the same thing happened again and they asked me for the same documents again... They have been freezing my account for one year with more than $20,000 in it, their investigation is completely wrong, I have sent them all the necessary documentation to verify that my KYC is completely correct. I don't mind that my account remains blocked but I do want to be able to get the money I have inside it. The only response I get from them is that 888 maintains the decision to keep my account blocked. This doesn't matter to me. I just want to get the money back into the account. Please tell me what else you need to clarify this situation, or return the funds. Hello everyone. For about 1 month I have been struggling to get my acc verified. I submitted multiple documents which have all been declined. Some of these documents werent perfect but some of them were pretty good. Now I found the perfect document. A bank statement from my austrian bank, 1 day old, date of issue, my name and my adress. Exactly what was requested in the emails. Still declined. In the email I received it said: Unfortunately, we do not have a support team that supports your language. If this were to change, we will of course notify you. So the problem is the documents are in german? How on earth am I supposed to get a english document in a german speaking country? So like I said, the document is perfectly fine and exactly what was asked for. I have now send the document again twice, once the original and 2nd the original with red circles around the required information. Thank you for coorperation.

So the connection was lost because of u and now u want them to pay for it? No site in the world will give u a refund for that.

Almost every tournament on your site is now pko or mystery bounty. You should try to keep some regular ones at least to have some variety .For example you have $55 6max pko 1500 gtd at 23:30 GMT and $55 6max pko 1000 gtd at 00:30 GMT. One should be replaced by a regular 8max non pko like big shot $55 or $44. It should perform better ,having at least 1500 gtd.

Hi everyone, I recently discovered that 888poker has extended its support to https://www.reddit.com/ (https://www.reddit.com/r/888pokerofficial/?rdt=38662), and I was astonished to find numerous complaints revolving around the same issue. The problem seems to be related to players encountering difficulties in passing KYC, specifically in confirming their addresses. I've personally been grappling with this issue since early January 2024. I've submitted dozens of different documents, all of which have been rejected by 888poker's security team without any explanation. Interestingly, these same documents were accepted by other networks. Considering the number of people who have already been affected, I believe it might be worthwhile to explore the option of seeking legal representation for a class-action lawsuit. What are your thoughts on this?

888 has the worst support in the poker world. because of the new Brazilian laws, skrill is stopping accepting payments to bookmakers from Brazilian players, as my bank was in skrill I deposited in 888 to withdraw in payz which will continue accepting the service for Brazilians, but when making the withdrawal which was deposited by me from a skrill account registered in my name and withdrawn in a payz also registered in my name, the magnificent 888 poker team blocked my account, and worse in the middle of the grind and even worse they asked me to get in touch what I I did it immediately on the 2nd and today 4 days later and having already sent 4 emails I still haven't received even a single measly response. It is absurd for a giant company that makes a lot of money to treat its customers like this. The account in question has the nickname Sarava777, I'm waiting for a solution, I'm stuck with my money and I was moving it precisely to play SCOOP because Pokerstars would never go 24 hours without responding to an email, let alone 4 days.
