Now that The Winning Poker Network (WPN) has it's own 2+2 support forum (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/218/winning-poker-network/), it should have it's own cashier thread within it! The purpose of this thread is for players to discuss deposit methods, withdrawal methods, withdrawal times, and anything else pertinent to players in regards to this cashier. The Winning Poker Network consists of a number of sports books and poker rooms who share player liquidity. The most popular operators on 2+2 are America's CardRoom (ACR), Black Chip Poker (BCP), and True Poker (TP). All of the aforementioned operators/skins use the same "network cashier." Thus ACR, BCP, and TP all have the same options when it comes to deposits and withdrawals. Also, the time frames a player can expect when cashing out are identical. The general support personnel a player interacts with when making a deposit and withdrawal are the same. Etc.

"Suggested Posting Format for Withdrawals"

SKIN/OPERATOR METHOD OF REQUEST (check, cash xfer, debit card, etc) REQUEST DATE APPROVAL DATE RECEIVED DATE OTHER NOTES (Did you request expedited mail or regular speed? Did your ATM scan and accept it or did it require a teller? ETC)

Don't ever cash out from Poker site directly to coinbase. Use an intermediary wallet.

why? and which one? I´ve always made a withdawal directly

Because coinbase doesn't allow transfers from gambling entities. If they know its from ACR/Ignition/Other poker sites, etc. they can and will shut down your account. Going from Site -> intermediary -> coinbase is always preferred for this reason as it significantly reduces the chance of this occuring.

I haven’t been on the site in over a year but have had this issue probably 15 to 20 times in the past and always got my money within a day. I’ll try to explain how if the steps are still the same. When you hit the sports tab in the poker client it opens a browser window for the sportsbook. This page is where you need to get help. The sports book page still had live chat even after the poker client stopped offering it (they may have stopped it by now). If they stopped the live chat you need to email the sportsbook and they will contact ACR. The sportsbook wasn’t even owned by ACR when I was betting a year ago. They partner with a company to offer their poker customers sports betting. That is why you have to transfer in the first place. They also have separate customer services. When I was having the same issue as you I would chat with a sportsbook employee and they would tell me we are contacting ACR to get your transfer

Our team is working diligently to handle each request as swiftly and securely as possible. Ok, now I feel a little bad I was coming in here worried about an ETH withdrawal that is at like 3 hours. After I send whatever coin from Exodus to Gemini, I then have to pay a fairly substantial fee (like 3%? 4%?) to sell it into USD. Is there a way to avoid this fee? I can't recall there being a fee difference between the various coins. I'm obviously far from an expert on any of this.

Any reason to use crypto to deposit instead of just using a debit/credit card? Things change and I'm wondering if there's any point to this in mid 2024. It doesn't look like you get hit with a huge deposit % by using a debit card anymore.

I am currently f***ed up waiting more than 72h for a withdrawal to Luxon, which is supposed (and used to be) instant. I am writing them very nervous emails and they say they are working on it - as if it is something really complicated. I thought it was related with the global tech outage, but now I see that such cases appeared before. WTF is going on with this ACR? It makes them unreliable partner. It is really weird in year 2024 to have to wait few days for a withdrawal!

They even stopped answering to my emails and sent some automated bullshit message saying "bla-bla-bla... if your dont receive your money in 14 days, write to us". We are in 2024, I cannot believe that! It's a matter of a single click to authorize the withdrawal, they dont send them in cash with a ship across the ocean! I even wrote a PM to Phil Nagy in Twitter and of course he doesnt bother to reply. All this starts to make me reconsidering my trust in WPN reliability and integrity.

Quite a ******ed post. Have you never thought that may be the point of this thread is to share with the community info about the problems related to the thread's title and to apply public pressure to WPN to provide a better service. Btw, why do you ever read this thread. Makes no sense to be here and write that.

Any reason to use crypto to deposit instead of just using a debit/credit card? Things change and I'm wondering if there's any point to this in mid 2024. It doesn't look like you get hit with a huge deposit % by using a debit card anymore.

It just depends how much you want to deposit. I never deposit large amounts, so I always used a Mastercard then withdraw with crypto. Mastercard was the only cedit card that ACR didn't charge a fee. Not sure if that is still the case these days. They use either short or overcharge my card though. i.e. I deposit $1k, but they charge my card some number that isn't rounded near $1k like 978.23 or 1013.46 etc. If it was an overcharge, I just e-mail them proof of it, ask for different above the $1k to be added to my ACR account and problem solved.

I'm playing from Australia on ACR and have been since 2018 and never had any issues depositing or withdrawing using Litecoin (LTC) . Money is always in my crypto account within minutes and deposits are into my ACR account within 10-15 minutes if that sometimes. Talking about up to $10k deposits and large withdrawals. Never had any issue

They dont charge VISA with a fee anymore, so it goes the same as Mastercard, incl. the mentioned convertions with various currencies depending on the payment processor you hit randomly. My preferred method is Luxon Pay - an e-wallet much better than Skrill and with a great customer support. Once you deposit 3K via Luxon, you are up in the VIP level and you are practically not extra charged there.

yes Luxon Pay is fantastic. fast and with 24/7 support that responds in seconds. it's a pleasant oasis in the world of ewallets: basically neteller was like this more than 20 years ago and so was skrill (moneybookers) until about 10 years ago but now they are a completely different thing... I use ltc and luxon pay. both excellent.

I’m in Colorado. They don’t print a new license, they just put an addendum on the back. It expires next year anyways. I sent in all the documentation, so hopefully they approve me. I have not heard anything from them yet, but I figure that’s just par for the course. I should mention that I haven’t played on there for awhile as I just got kinda sick of online poker for awhile and they sent me ten tourney bucks on my birthday last week and I ran it up to $750-ish. I figured I probably needed to deposit in order to get it out so I deposited $25(the lowest amount allowed) via my cash app card. I’ve gone ahead and setup a wallet for BTC so hopefully everything goes smoothly. It’s just aggravating cause chat won’t help at all, and there obviously no one to speak over the phone. Hell, I feel like the last time I played on there there was an actual rep on here to answer questions. I see that’s no longer a thing. I’ll be happy to hopefully get my money off there and. Never play on there again.

Happy to report they were able to verify me and process a bitcoin withdraw in the few hours since I made my last post. I even left a small amount on the site given my positive experience. No if I can just have the patience to grind it up again. Tournaments just take so damn long on there and grinding small stakes cash online is not my favorite thing to do in the world. Tl;dr- I donked into some money, got pissy cause I thought it was gonna be a huge chore to get it of, and it only took a bit over 24 hours to both verify my account as well as process my withdraw.

Always send to an intermediary wallet before Coinbase. Coinbase will freeze your account if it's noticed the transactions are for "gambling".

They use any kinds of payment processors. Sometimes the payment goes through exchange to Chinese currency, sometimes Mexican or Brazilian. That's how there is sometimes volatility of the amount you are charged, but recently I think there is really small- I havent hit Chinese processor recently, only Latin American and the exchange rate is fine.

Specifically, WPN and sites on the Network prohibit 4.2.1 Poker bots or any other piece of software that might play poker without human intervention or otherwise gives advice on how to play in real time.

4.2.2 Software that provides a human player, current live game state information, such as pot odds and outs, or an absolute hand strength calculator.

On Tue, Dec 31, 2024 at 3:46 AM, wrote via Mail: Hello, I am writing to you again just in case, since it has been more than a week since my first letter and I have not received a response, and maybe my first letter has not been received for some reason. On December 20th, I received a notification that my account had been banned. I have not violated any rules of the poker room and I am sure that a mistake has occurred. I have been in the poker community for over five years and am known as an honest player, I have played in many poker rooms and have not been banned anywhere. At the start of my poker career, I blogged on a popular poker forum, here is the link to it -https://forum.gipsyteam.ru/index.php?viewtopic=155514 . I am ready to go through all the checks that are required and answer your questions about my account. I'm sure you're interested in whatever happens when an honest player is banned for violations he didn't commit. My login is PokerKing : STR1SCH

All these two weeks I was sure that there was a mistake and I just needed to contact the security department and the issue would be resolved. But apparently there is little chance of achieving an adequate dialogue through letters to the support service and the security service. I am still waiting for a response from the manager through whom my affiliate contacted the room's security service regarding this ban. Therefore, all this time I did not create a topic on the forum, believing that the issue would be resolved through the security service and the delays in their response are due to the holidays.

I have always played fair, never violated the rules of the poker rooms I played in. And I am ready to pass any checks regarding the fairness of my game. At the time of the ban on December 20th, my account had about $2k + room RP points equivalent to $2,100 + a ticket to a $1,000 tournament, and I also could not complete the mile for which it was necessary to make 200k SP points by the end of the year, for which I would have received $2,600. At the time of the ban, I had 8,406 SP points left to make. (All progress from SP points will be lost on December 31st)

I hope to get help and advice from the community on what steps I need to take to regain access to my account.

Exactly the same problem. The funny thing is that my account was verified some time ago with the same documents that they now refuse to accept. Who knows why is that??? Terrible, just terrible....

Support has been messing with me for 3 days, apparently this seems like a new tactic to deny a player the right to play with them and to "steal" their money out of them during that time. I will write more about this soon.

My account was verified once a while ago, now suddenly when I want to withdraw they want me to do it a 2nd time, but no matter what I send they don't accept my address documents. I sent them at least 10 times, they tell me to give them another bill, when they stopped asking for another document, now they tell me this every time "Please review the image quality of the uploaded document (no blurs or glares), make sure all 4 corners are visible and verify the supported formats (jpg, jpeg and png) and upload your document again." There are ZERO blurs or glares and the 4 corners of the pictures is perfectly visible. I did send the same way with the same camera and lighting my ID and CC for verification and there was no problems... strange right?!

More common than people think, ask anyone on 888. One common theme is phones and I had problems verifying my ID setting up a bank account even though the image was clear. If you have access to a printer with a scanner function I would suggest trying that if you have not already done so. I couldn't do this with my bank account so had to spend ages before it was accepted but when verifying details for poker sites I always use the scanner and it always works first time. I am just speculating here but it is worth a try.

Whatever way they are assessing the docs is likely a problem. If you used a scanner or screenshot there is no glare or blurring. Probably another shithole using AI to do the job rather than pay a human. I never played on this network and know little about them but is there any Rep on a social media platform that might be able to escalate this for you?

Can someone please give me some advice on withdrawing from the site. When I made deposits back five years ago it was recommended to me that I have money on Coinbase and then send that to blockchain.com and then send from there to wpn. Since it’s been so long, I don’t know if protocols have changed. Can I just withdraw my money from wpn straight to Coinbase or do I need to go from wpn-blockchain-coinbase?

There is no mod here from the site. You have to rake 10% of your deposit on any skin of WPN due to anti money laundering but usually they would just send you an email telling you that. Not sure what's going on with your account

Same with skrill. I realised it 1-2 month ago when i wanted to give Pokerking a chance again. On top of that it in the cashier section it seems i need to redo the KYC cos it says no documents are uploaded. I did the verification years ago. Btw in the cashier there is an option to recommend other depo options (i used it). So i skipped this network. I'll check back later.

Initiated a withdraw on Thursday evening via BTC . Still waiting as of this message . The one amd only reason I trusted WPN was the speedy withdraw times. Ive been with them playing well over 9 years . The longest I waited for a cashout was 38 hours . Most of the time its within an hour or up to four hours tops . What really pisses me off is the copy and paste replies you get from support . Not a single deviation just the same reply . I can say they have always paid me but again I have zero reason too continue if they canr complete BTC transactions in a reasonable amount of time . My withdraw still sits in pending status . Yet they can pay anyone amd everyone to wear a patch at the wsop . How about paying your core customers ?

They used to say "within an hour" (for btc withdrawals). Last email i had from them stated "aim to be between 48 -72 hours" which is some change in itself. Im now in 72nd hour and no sign of it. One has to wonder now what on earth has made this ridiculously dramatic delay in space of last few days (i withdrew earlier in week and that was standard fast).

Day 6 of waiting for my cash out from ACR . For clarification I've been playing on the site for about a decade and have no open bonus or playthrough problems . I have never had an issue and the longest I ever waited for a withdrawal via Crypt was 38 hours . We are well past that point now being 6 days . They have stopped communicating with me after third email . Normal copy and paste answers by useless support staff. They have been using a run on the bank excuse which I find absurd . I will state that I've always been paid by ACR but this has become unusual for this many people to be having the same problem . They have made no public statements and are basically ignoring this and spinning it as normal activity due to receiving 5,000 withdrawal requests a day . I find that extremely hard to believe and was told the back log wall is at 4 days but this also can not be the truth because I'm at 6 days and several people are past that. Hey ACR why not put the fire out and explain the problem . Fix it .

Id say chances of there being a liquidity issue is < 0.1%. Just wouldnt make sense. I think prob is just an innocent situation and ive no doubt we all will get our cash. Is a touch frustrating though that timeline keeps moving.

I wondered similar with the latest offers I was getting (I had a couple hundred Dollars sitting there but didn't play in over a month) Over that timeframe I got better and better deposit offers, basically every week. It started with deposit $150 to get a $22 Ticket, and lately it was deposit $50 to get a $66 Ticket. Lets see what I may get offered this week 😃

As he is, he clearly states all need to be verified, they do. Thats the delay and once thats done it will be superfast. Problem is that getting them verified at min is taking forever. Perhaps poor wording by him but thats what he will be meaning. Im not here to defend ACR or afiliated to them dude, im literally in 90+ hours waiting myself, but lets not attack random individuals who are trying to help man.

It is false advertising. Even when your system works, it is slow. My previous withdrawals here have consistently taken 48 hours to 4 days just to clear minimum amounts. Compared to CoinPoker (under 2 hours) or BetOnline (under 1 hour), ACR is already living in the dark ages of payment processing. Now, it’s completely frozen. I requested a simple, minimum $50 Crypto withdrawal three days ago. It has been sitting stagnant. When I pressed support for an update, I received the standard automated template from WPN Support claiming it could take "up to 15 business days." 15 days for a minimum $50 crypto transfer on a site that brags about speed? WPN Rep, please manually review REF-141684066 and explain why your baseline is weeks while the rest of the industry measures crypto payouts in minutes.

Not defending WPN whatsoever here - but to provide some perspective - I once waited 2 months to get a check from Full Tilt and once I finally got it and deposited it, it bounced in my account. I also once waited over 100 days for a Carbon Poker cashout that was only $2k. Up until Merge network closed their poker room recently, their bitcoin cashouts were regularly 7-10 business days. But they always paid. I know it sucks for the process to go from 24 hours to a week. But hang in there. I don't even like WPN but they've always paid out.

And remember on day 15 is when you can email ACR support and ask for it to be escalated for manual review which will sort it out quicker, But you need to wait till the 15 day mark ( it can deff come before 15 day though ) what i was told

Part one, a different cryptocurrency, like LiteCoin, probably has a low fee than Bitcoin. Part two, I don't currently use CB, but at least in the past there were versions with lower fees like, CB Pro, which I think is gone, but maybe CB Advanced or some "trading" version that maybe someone else here more up to date can help you with or by doing some research. Or maybe even some version of larger conversions having lower fees and cashing out less often for bigger amounts, but not sure if CB offers this.

Don't I need some ETH in order to send the same USDT from my wallet to coinpoker though if I use the ETH network? I heard you need gas fees if you want to send USDT from within the ETH network? So I need to withdraw USDT from ACR and a tiny amount of ETH in order to send USDT to coinpoker?

I use USDT and never had ETH to pay for the gas fee; it takes it out the usdt amount for me.

What network are you sending USDT? I thought you need ETH to pay for sending USDT? I thought you always need some type of other coin before you send any type of USDT or USDC? I heard if you want to send USDT or USDC in the Tron network, you need some Tron in order to send the USDT or USDC.

It seems if it's low peak time, you can send usdt or usdc using the ER20 network for very little? It shows it costs 1 cent right now to send usdt or usdc using the ER20 network. Can others confirm this? Anyone know how that person sends usdt and never has to pay ETH fees and it deducted from their usdt balance?
