Hello all I'm Wes, an American full-time poker pro and coach specializing in NLHE Cash Games.

I help low and mid stakes players fast track their development. I have coached many students ranging from 5nl to 200nl online and $1/2 to $5/$10 live About the coaching All information including pricing and FAQ's can be found on my website freedompokercoaching.com (https://freedompokercoaching.com/) $150/hr might seem expensive to some. The real question is how much do you value your time When you see how quickly progress is being made compared to how much time you've wasted in the past with free content, courses, or whatever... you will see that private coaching is the most +EV any serious poker player can do! About me I have been playing poker for about 9 years, and full time for about 5 years, and I have been coaching for around 2 years. My average stake is 200nl online. Anyone who is curious to know more I'm happy to answer any questions about myself during the consultation period. 2026 online graph [not including rake back and rewards]

One in a thousand is all I can say. This is how a coach is supposed to be. Identifying leaks and then give a solid explanation on better ways to approach the spot and why. Vaughn has a talent for explaining poker concepts in an easy to understand manner which in turn makes it easy to apply in-game. Only had a few sessions with him so far but already feel 10x more comfortable about my game.

Testimonial for Freedom Poker below; I have been playing the game for years, mainly small stake MTT's, however, moved over to cash about 2 years ago and was very much break even/losing (graph below). Since my coaching began, I spent 7 weeks playing 10nl & now the last 6 weeks playing 25nl. I am part time player (about 7 - 10 hours per week), however, the goal is to take this further and progress through the stakes. I have only played 7.5k hands at 25nl, however, I am up 1,500 BB (21/100). This is primarily thanks to Freedom, and I will be continuing my coaching through the NY and beyond. I feel much more confident about the game and have done very little solver work, he keeps the game simple and concise. I fully recommend to any low stake player looking to take the game seriously

Update: I wanted to share an incredible story about the results of my very first student. Back in June of 2024 I started offering coaching for free, in order to get experience and prove myself as a teacher of the game. Within minutes of making that post this student reached out to me. He had recently gotten into poker and was playing 2NL on GG. It was very clear that he had a long way to go, he didn't know what a value bet was, what VPIP/PFR was, and had never received any kind of poker instruction. After on 5 months of coaching, he has gone from hopelessly losing at 2nl, to crushing 25nl. What is his secret? He listens to instruction, and ask questions! That's seriously it. Anybody can have a dramatic turn around, if they're willing to invest in their future, and put their trust in those with more knowledge/experience. First image is before coaching, second image is after coaching.

I've now done 4 sessions with Freedom Poker. I’ve worked with a few coaches before, but his approach changed everything for me. He breaks down tough concepts into simple, actionable steps that build real confidence in your decisions. One of the most valuable parts of working with him is how he challenges your thinking and pushes you to see the game from a higher level. The only downside is he’ll challenge your ego, but that’s what leads to genuine growth imo, at least that was the break through for me... If you’re serious about becoming a stronger, more strategic player, his coaching is a no-brainer.

I have just completed a 5 session package with Wes and the experience has been excellent. We identified and fixed several key leaks in my game and my overall strategy has improved significantly. The sessions were insightful, practical, and immediately applicable. Definitely worth every penny. I started the coaching at 10nl and have now been able to confidently move up to 25nl.

As a coach, Wes is clear and straight to the point; we did the free database analysis and I was sold immediately. I'm still half way through our course together but now I feel I've improved enough to confidently recommend him to others. Poker started as a hobby, and as I grind the micro turning $50 into $2000, I thought I was going to crush it as I move up. But when i hit the 25NL & 50NL tables, I was destroyed. I thought studying GTO would prepare me for the Low stakes, but I was very wrong and I struggled with confidence and to put in volume. I tilt a lot when things didn't go my way, and require a lot of downtime before I would find the courage to play again. I tried MTT and live games to varying success but every time I meet a downswing, I spiral. After I started with Wes, I felt good, calm and understand when to apply pressure and when to get out of the way; some players even look face up to me now. My redline no longer look like a ski slope and my confidence at the table returned, and most times (still working on it) I am not paying off OTR when I have a trash hand. In our review sessions, he is able to pinpoint areas where I am poor at, giving me something to takeaway every session. Wes is also very considerate and empathetic to my struggles on the table at times; in the past, my coach would make me feel bad for making mistakes. Wes instead would reassure me that he also have made the same mistakes, it makes our working relationship much better and help me focus in making less of the same mistakes in the future.
