Where are my StrategyPoints?

I play on Pokerstars and I am not receiving my StrategyPoints

unfortunately PokerStars has stopped providing us with the necessary data report. I am pretty sure https://www.pokerstrategy.com/bonus-offers/ will contain a few other offers for you with Rooms where you can actually collect points!

Give them all the details you can.

• if you previously got SP, but stopped receiving them: Did you update your nickname on GG? Please contact our support via ticket, you will get SP again.

• if you never received SP, please also reach out to support if you signed up through our link. If you did not, I am afraid we can't really do anything about players not tracked to PokerStrategy.

Generally points appear after a delay, and the length of the delay varies quite a bit. If it has been more than a few days since you've played, I suggest that you create a customer support ticket (https://www.pokerstrategy.com/home/support/#tickets-start-here) Follow the link then click the beside "Open a new ticket"

Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.

I have also been waiting for my StrategyPoints to be credited. It has been several days since I played, but I still don't see any points in my account.

I signed up through the correct link and my username has not changed. Could you please check whether my account is being tracked correctly? If you need any additional information, I will be happy to provide it through a support ticket.
