() Preflop vs Field: Where Players Burn the Most EV Poker-playing is art of developing flows that assist maximize expected value. The game is beginning is critical since key decisions define the result. At this stage, grinders take crucial adjustments that can determine the success or failure. Essential way progress proficiency — hand base analysis. Allows understanding where don't donate stack, supports identifying poor spots in tactics. ( Red Line: How to Understand That You’re Not Pressuring Enough Profit without showdown — concept familiar to regs, unclear for rookies. It shows oversighted force, weaks in exploit, loss banks. When aggression reduces in crucial cases and opponents laydown calmly, it attains bluff gain zone. Alertness matters: displays difference in skill and moment to grow. In the beginning, it’s important to pay close attention to poker combinations. Many participants evaluate only raw benefit, disregard execution. Hand that looks strong usually underperforms if approach chosen wrong. Example: medium pair, poor improvement odds — excessive passivity leads to no fold equity, adversaries capture chips uncontested. Here appears non-showdown: style predictable, no push, enemies make easy solutions, "redline" drops. The main method is a systematic deal breakdown. Inspection instances, monitoring errors, marking underplayed situations. Such practice reveals where offense lost, where apply heat missing, where potential ignored. Often weakness hides in mis-evaluating starting ranges in table context, mistreatment of board texture, or lack of late-street initiative. Proper examination changes view: cards no longer isolated objects, but part of broader structure. Key element: record review for poker game analysis. Large sample uncovers recurring shortcomings that are invisible when analyzing individual game-days. Pattern recognition helps adjust frequencies: when to c-bet more, when to double-barrel, when to bluff-raise, when to use dominance instead of passive call. Regular study builds awareness non-SD graph as diagnostic device, not verdict. Downward curve signals shortage of controlled attack, not inevitable defeat. Exercises include exporting HH, filtering scenarios, grouping holdings, checking EV. Grinder understands to detect underbluffed spots, overfolded nodes, misused combos. Workflow trains instinct to raise, bet, and deny pots instead of giving space. Proficiency grows not from memorizing charts, but from confronting leaks and adaptation habits. This is where hand base analysis becomes invaluable. Services like baseanalise.com (http://www.baseanalise.com/en) provide structured utilities: information parsing, visual red-line tracking, session assessment automation. Such instruments accelerate progress by highlighting pressing holes. With methodical usage contestant developments new trends, learns to escalate amounts where fold-equity superior, to balance bluffs with value, to keep competitors under stress. Reg who embraces database research, constant scrutin, and practical correction unlocks higher level of play, where advantage maintained across streets, rivals rarely comfortable, and earnings stabilized.

() Why Knowing Optimal Strategy Alone Won’t Guarantee Success Without Hand Database Analysis GTO as a Compass, Not a Manual GTO is a powerful framework, but poker gto by itself is a compass, not a finished map. Understanding balanced lines and theoretical constructs helps you avoid simple exploits, yet real tables are noisy: opponents deviate, bet sizing varies, and context matters. Theory sets a baseline — you still need to connect it to what actually happens in your sessions. Mastering Poker Ranges in Practice

One part of that connection is mastering poker ranges. Solvers and charts tell you which hands belong in which range, but only by comparing those ranges to your own recorded decisions will you see where you leak equity. Knowing the textbook range won’t pay off if you use it mechanically against players who never follow textbooks. Real Practice vs Solvers That’s why a proper poker base is essential. A searchable database of your hands and stats turns vague suspicions into concrete patterns: how often you fold to 3-bets, where you overvalue marginal hands, or which opponents bluff down too rarely. A base lets you test hypotheses and measure improvement instead of guessing. Leaks and Long-Term Profit Visual tools also help. While charts are theoretical, poker chart hands provide quick reference points to contrast with your real outcomes. Use charts to identify standard lines, then check your database to see how (and how often) your choices stray from those baselines — and whether those deviations cost or win money. Coaching and Feedback Guidance accelerates the process. Good online poker coaching (http://www.baseanalise.com/en) gives structured feedback and helps you prioritize fixes. A coach can teach you how to interpret database results, target the highest-leak spots, and translate solver suggestions into practical adjustments for live or online play. Why Database Work Outperforms Theory Alone Ultimately, nothing replaces rigorous poker hand analysis of your own hands. Theory shows what’s possible; your database shows what’s happening. Combine both: study solid ranges, review hands from your base, use charts for reference, and get targeted coaching — and you’ll move from theoretical knowledge to consistent, practical improvement.

() What a 100k Hand Database Can Reveal About Your Playing Style[/I]

Statistics as a Mirror of Your Game

For any player looking to improve at the tables, statistics turn into an essential tool. A poker base of 100,000 hands is not just an archive of past situations, but a true mirror of your decision-making habits. Within it, you are able to identify systematic errors, weak spots, and trends that remain invisible in the short term.

Preflop Balance and Range Analysis

A fundamental aspect of analysis is studying with poker ranges. An unbalanced preflop poker style — such as calling too wide or lacking enough 3-bets — immediately becomes clear over a large sample. By comparing your own data with standard strategies, you obtain a useful benchmark of where your approach could be stronger.

Identifying Leaks Through Hand Analysis

Next, it’s important to explore at what poker hand analysis actually highlights. It presents which lines consistently generate losses. In most cases, this points to a specific leak in your play — a recurring mistake that steadily drains money: overusing passive cold-calls, poor blind defense, or rarely bluffing.

Finding Patterns in Large Datasets

The most valuable part of handling with extensive datasets is reviewing poker hands in depth. It allows you to see yourself not in fragments but as a series of patterns. One failed bluff alone means nothing, but if the hand-histories display dozens of similar deals, that is a obvious signal that strategy adjustments are needed.

Coaching and External Perspective

Of course, not everyone manages to analyze stats deeply on their own. Often, it makes sense to collaborate with a coach who knows how to operate high-volume databases while pinpointing problem areas. For grinders who want a professional outside perspective, services including poker coaching sites offer a great solution — for example, baseanalise.com (http://www.baseanalise.com/) lets you upload your DB and receive a detailed report on the key skills of your game.

Turning Data Into Long-Term Growth

In this way, a 100k-hand sample sets up a solid foundation for improvement. It reflects your overall strength level, helps you evaluate your strategy objectively, and builds a roadmap for growth. Working with this kind of information is the path to thinking like a pro, where every decision is backed by numbers — not just intuition. And that is the core value of long-term tracking: your results are no longer random or based on variance, but measured, structured, and constantly growing. With every session added, the database gets more accurate and more powerful, showing you exactly where your edge lies and how to expand it further

Hello, Its a quick review from me, i am a professional online poker player who got back to the game after 3 years not playing at all. I chose the light package. It was absolutely worth it. The most surprising to me, the advices i got was "basic" - i played in some situations way off and i didnt even realized. It also helped me realize some misconceptions i had. The best part is you can ask questions after the database review, its like a coaching session. I got answers to all my questions even deeper then i asked. +Bonus i had a huge upswing right after the coaching after i implemented the "basic" adviceses i got. A third eye on your game can always be helpful.

() Database Review Through the Eyes of a Coach: What We Look at First Step 1 — Base Examination When a new student joins a coaching-program, the primary thing we inspect is their poker base. It is not just a set of statistics and graphs — it is a living snapshot of how a competitor operates and reacts under pressure. Every number tells a story: how often they 3-bet, how they defend blinds, and how they play marginal spots. A careful poker hand analysis indicates whether decisions are logical or emotional, measured or impulsive. Regularly, leaks hide in plain sight — minor tendencies repeated thousands of times that quietly drain your win rate. How to Actually Improve Your Game

True progress does not start with reading theory — it is rooted in understanding yourself. A good poker trainer does not just explain what solver-logic suggests; they help you recognize why you deviate from it. Many grinders know the “correct” option but still make the wrong choice because of ego, fear, or behavior. Analyzing your data-base exposes those patterns. You might think you’re unlucky, but the math does show over-aggression in certain positions or poor river responses that cost dozens of buy-ins. Preflop Actions and Their Impact When mentors dig into the records, they commonly find the biggest faults on preflop poker moves. Participants open too wide on UTG or respond with weak holdings from SB and BB. These early mistakes leading to tough postflop scenarios. Mastering pre-flop execution does not just refine your range quality — it creates a strong strategic foundation. Every successful session begins before the flop, with well-balanced charts and discipline to fold when necessary. Learning GTO and Its Application

Modern format revolves around GTO poker principles. Solvers assist us build balanced strategies that can not be easily exploited, but game-theory alone is not enough. To succeed, you must use it as a flexible framework, not a rigid rulebook. Data from your own hand-history illustrates you when to adjust — bluff less against calling stations, value bet thinner versus tight opponents. This balance between mathematics and adaptation defines truly elite decision-making. Where Training and Tools Come Together Today, online poker coaching platforms bring professional evaluation to every poker-player is screen. Sites like baseanalise.com let you upload your stats, run in-depth reports, and compare your approach to solver-approved models. With visual breakdowns and personalized feedback, you see exactly where EV is lost and how to fix it. For players aiming to grow steadily, such structured assessment is the key bridge between study and consistent profit. Conclusion A proper HH overview is resembles a mirror that reflects your entire journey — the habits, strengths, and unnoticed flaws. Each stretch-of-play adds fresh information to learn from. With systematic researches, self-control, and guidance from experienced poker-mentors, you’ll stop guessing and grasp the reasons why selected lines work better. Improvement in poker-game is a process of small, measurable upgrades — hand-by-hand, leak-by-leak, insight-by-insight. That’s how real growth happens

I had my database reviewed by the guys with the Light option! I won’t go into detailed descriptions or promote anything.) Strictly factual. What I got in the end: 2.5+ hours of video. Preflop + postflop. No fluff. Quite detailed. With examples from played hands and recommendations. Comparison with solver frequencies. About an hour (this is included in the database analysis order): answers to 10 prepared questions in text format, but they also recorded a couple of small yet very important video segments on BB and isolations, for which special thanks. Maybe it was a one-time bonus)) It wasn’t easy to allocate the funds right now for a top-level review. No regrets. For me personally, it’s definitely worth the money. I don’t understand why the guys put in the FAQ an answer to the question “Why is it so expensive?” For such a volume of information and the amount of time spent delivering it, there is absolutely no overpricing.

I just got a DB Review for PLO5 stakes ranging from 1/2 up to 5/10. I found it incredibly helpful. Leaks were exposed preflop and postflop and hand examples were used to help teach such concepts. Def worth it. Edit: Also the opportunites to ask questions to the coach is a great bonus. The support of this company also exellent and worth mentioning.

Hi everyone, I play Spins and I’d like to leave a review about the guys from the baseanalise.com service. I really liked the review — everything that was promised was delivered, straight to the point and without any unnecessary information. They gave me a lot of insights about my game that I would never have noticed on my own. It’s definitely worth the money, because the time I saved and the valuable information I received are worth much more than the price of the review itself. I’m now planning to implement what the guys gave me in the context of playing against professionals and then come back to them for reviews in other formats. All in all, if you want to save time and get a professional review, I definitely recommend reaching out to these guys. https://www.baseanalise.com/

We’re working a lot on our service. Below, we decided to make a test article about what we do, but written from the player’s perspective—maybe it will be more interesting to read this way

() How Database Analysis Helped Me Double My Win Rate in Two Months Increasing your win rate isn’t magic or luck. It is the result of organized data work, insight into your own errors, and building a strategy tailored to your specific player pool. My progress began the moment I decided to perform a deep-database review and completely restructure my study process. Just two months later, my win-rate had doubled. Where the Transformation Started The first thing I did was gather enough hands and upload them to baseanalise.com. The well-structured reports allowed me to see my game exactly as it was—without illusions. That is where I discovered fundamental leaks that were silently suppressing my outcomes, even though my long-term graph looked stable. One of the biggest breakthroughs appeared from examining repeating patterns and reviewing winning poker hands to better understand which decisions actually drove my EV. How Weak Spots Were Identified A superficial assessment never provides full clarity. That is why I commenced methodically scrutinizing leaks by evaluating the lines that performed worst. As I continued analyzing spots, it became clear that many of my losses came from similar situations where I misjudged my cards strength or incorrectly assessed an opponent is range. Applying with structured tools and analytics facilitated surface patterns that I would never have noticed on my own. Overviewing each situation individually made a huge difference: analyzing a single hand provided insight into a specific mistake, while comprehensive trend analysis uncovered systemic issues. At this point my study-routine evolved into more deliberate, supported by online poker training modules and various utilities that assisted in visualizing the most frequent decision trees. What Changed After Making Adjustments Once the root issues were identified, I initiated implementing strategic corrections—gradually, systematically, and with precision. The improvements quickly paid off, especially in situations where the pool consistently misplayed. I started taking more accurate options, comprehending where to widen ranges and where to tighten up. A major acceleration occurred when I rebuilt my learning structure around weekly DB reviews, supported by resources from best poker training sites and detailed breakdowns such as advanced poker training review materials. This brought far more clarity to my adjustments than any unstructured practice routine I had before. For technical precision, using a gto solver turned into a crucial part of validating difficult scenarios and understanding how far the population deviates from optimal play. Conclusion Doubling my winrate grew into an achievable goal once I stopped guessing and started leveraging real data. In-depth analysis, systematic correction of repeating misplays, and a disciplined approach to studying—reinforced by services like baseanalise.com (http://baseanalise.com/) and advanced poker training resources—completely reshaped both my strategy and my earnings.

It was important to better understand the leaks in the population within my field, to use exploits for regular profiles, and I'm more skilled at understanding where I can bluff more or value bet more thinly. So I believe it's worth the price. I play NL100 on Coinpoker

Thank you for your review! I’m really glad to hear that the content helped you better understand population leaks and find more opportunities for exploits, bluffs, and thin value bets. It means a lot to know it’s useful for your games at your stake on CoinPoker. Thank you for the support, and good luck at the tables!

I bought a DB analysis for the lowest stakes - NL2. First I hesitated, but it was fully worth it! My coach was Pete and he created 5 videos (some > 1h long!) just going into all the details of my DB. I never expected so much content, it is more than some poker courses but just focused on your play. I am looking forward to implementing everything in my game.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We’re really glad to hear that the analysis exceeded your expectations and brought you real value. Pete always puts a lot of effort into going deep into every detail, so it’s great to see that you appreciated the work. It’s especially nice to hear that you found it even more valuable than some courses, since our main goal is to provide максимально персонализированный и практичный разбор именно вашей игры. Good luck at the tables, and we’re looking forward to your progress after implementing everything

We paid everything to you, and I’d also like to remind you that initially we agreed that you would do the review for us for free, because you offered your agent terms to our client. But as soon as, after your question about good game conditions, the person told you that he already had his own agents, you then said that you wanted payment for the work. () How a Hand Database Helps Find Exploits Against a Specific Player Pool In modern online-poker, profi-players no longer rely solely on intuition. To maintain a stable edge, it’s essential to systematically analyze your samples, grasp the composition of your player-pool, and identify profitable-adjustments — actions that generate maximum profit against rivals’ tendencies. Reliable data and proper interpretation are vital, especially for high-volume play. Why Analysis Is Irreplaceable 😵 A hand-database allows you to deeply understand participant habits: how often villains call, bet, bluff, or overfold in particular situations. Utilities used for poker hand analysis assist build realistic behavioral templates of your game-pool, which then become the foundation for constructing high EV-exploits. A grinder who trains consistently with large datasets are able to adapt far more effectively, executing choices based on genuine numbers rather than assumptions. A seasoned poker-advisor from poker coaching sites or online poker coaching cannot accurately assess the opponent-group without quality statistics—this is why a DB serves as the core of tactical development and refinement. How To Reveal Pool Mistakes By reviewing field trends, you may pinpoint areas where the contingent plays too passively or too aggressively. Studying actual poker hands shows the structure behind decisions in defined lines and highlights deviations that are allowed to be punished. DB-analysis also aids answer key calculated questions: how to win in no limit texas holdem poker, which approaches produce the highest-EV, and what changes perform best in recurring spots. The same applies to preflop-play: understanding how widely the players-group opens, how it defends blinds, and where regular-players misplay 3-bets or calls is crucial for locating profitable opportunities. Mathematical insights such as poker hand probabilities make these tweaks considerably more accurate and grounded. The Role of a Coach and Strategic Adjustments Working with a handhistory is even more effective with the support of an experienced mentor. A professional from a coaching poker background could facilitate you interpret stats correctly, detect hidden leaks in your decision-making model. Another client has shared their results before and after getting a database review from us. The player is grinding NL25. Results BEFORE

() Results AFTER our review

() Yes, we know the sample size is still relatively small, so variance can definitely play a role. However, the overall trend is clear. In fact, the player has already started taking shots at NL50. People often say that database reviews are expensive. This one cost around $500, but judging by the graph, after just 10,000 hands the investment has almost paid for itself. So if you actually apply the information from the review, maybe it's not that expensive after all.

For example: BvB analysis; analysis of VIP players; identifying and analyzing mistakes against player types; a dedicated red-line analysis; analysis of SRP or 3-bet pots; research and population analysis; final table analysis; PKO analysis; ICM analysis; or something completely different. What kind of format would you like to see? If your idea turns out to be really interesting and we add this format to our service, we’ll give you 20% off any of our database reviews as a thank you. I signed up for the Medium Plan. At first, I hesitated because of the high price, but once a discount service launched, I decided to take the plunge. For a long time, I was stuck at 25R&C and 25zoom, getting beaten every time I tried to shot-take 50R&C or 50zoom. I had taken several coaching sessions before, and while I felt some growth, it was never enough to break through. I purchased the Medium Plan on August 1st and received my first database review on August 7th—exactly one week later. In total, I received 9 videos, totaling over 9 hours of content. The final video arrived on August 31st.In other words, this wasn't just a one-off coaching session; it was essentially 9 sessions spanning about a full month of coaching service. The initial video thoroughly covered my main deviations from GTO, starting from preflop and moving through each key spot—including BvB, IP vs BB, and 3-bet pots postflop. While it didn't cover every single position individually, it addressed almost every primary spot. 4-bet pots were not included, but the impact is likely minimal. Rather than just pointing out leaks and GTO deviations, the subsequent videos followed up on these spots using actual hands, allowing me to trace the coach's thought process. Initially, I didn't expect such a comprehensive data analysis and coaching plan. Having completed it, I completely understand the high price tag. In fact, considering it as a full month of coaching with that volume of content, it's actually quite cheap. If I had to ask for one more thing, I would have loved guidance on using Flopzilla or GTO Wizard to construct ranges that align my leak areas closer to standard GTO frequencies. That said, since the follow-up videos clearly explained my leaks and the coach's reasoning, I can easily review and adjust my range construction on my own using Flopzilla and Wizard. Overall, I think it was a fantastic service. Thank you so much!

I particularly liked that the recommendations were focused on improving my win rate without unnecessarily changing my VPIP, while still allowing me to maintain access to a wide range of games on the app. The initial review was in Russian, and the English translation wasn’t as good as I would have liked. However, the team was extremely proactive about addressing the issue. They quickly worked on it and provided a new English version, which was superb and much easier to follow. The coaches were also very responsive throughout the process and took the time to answer my questions properly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the review. The analysis was detailed, practical, and gave me a clear structure for how to continue improving my PLO5 game. I’d definitely recommend their coaching/review service to anyone serious about improving their results.
