Two Plus Two audio books

Hi Everyone: A few years back, through an outside company we had two of our books made into audio books. These books are The Theory of Poker by David Sklansky and Harrington on Hold 'em; Expert Strategy for No Limit Tournaments, Vol. 1: Strategic Play by Dan Harrington and Bill Robertie. These audio books were done by an outside company and we decided not to do any additional audio books with them. However, Amazon now has the capability to do audio books and we are in the process of producing audio books for all our titles. If almost all the books are now in audio form, it would be useful to know whether the technical titles include references to the corresponding tables, figures, or chapter sections in the print editions. That matters a lot more for poker and blackjack material than it does for a straight narrative book.

When doing this, and it was a lot of work, we restated all the tables, equations. etc., card pictures, card symbols, etc. However, in some cases, due to Amazon restrictions, the tables included to much information, so all of it could not be included. Also, some of the equations, when stated in proper English, can be hard to follow. What would happen, is that Amazon would leave stuff like this blank. It was then up to me, and I did all this work, to type in what was missing and then Amazon would read what I typed. So, for instance, if the A♠ appeared in the book, Amazon would leave it blank and I would have to type in the words "ace of spades." I think most of it came out reasonably well, but for some of the books it's certainly not perfect.
