i need your help. I had earned Reward Points worth 230€ in Decemeber until 25.01.2021. On 26.01.2021 i logged in and the Reward Points were not available anymore, my VIP Status was gone and my deposit bonus got canceled.
I already raised a ticket via normal support yesterday. Today i got the following answer:
"Hi xxx,
Thank you for contacting customer support.
Unfortunately, we are not offering Loyalty points and bonuses anymore. Of course, we understand that bonuses contribute to your entertainment to a large extent and that this abolition causes displeasure, however this change is necessary to be able to continue to offer you our games and services moving forward.
Thank you for your patience and understanding on this matter. Should you have any further questions, we are available 24/7 and happy to help you by email or live chat.

I am really shocked that they just took away 230€ from my account and the only think they answer is the statement above. Nothing on top. I am really speechless. You are my last hope to clear this topic. Can you please help me? I hope you have better options to escalate this topic.

I believe you are signed up from Germany/at betsson.DE.
This affects all customers playing from Germany and you should have received an email about it by now,too.
The statment we have received today is:
Unfortunately, due to changes in country regulations we are not allowed to offer any kind of bonuses to Poker players that are playing in Germany anymore. German players are no longer eligible to participate in the monthly Affiliate Rake Chase, receive the welcome offer/s reloads and convert points to cashback.
Existing players are of course welcome to continue playing, and we are still accepting new players from Germany too.
These changes are affected immediately. We are very sorry for the issues caused and understand your frustration.
We are in discussions with them to see if there is any way to not stop promotions immediately, but it is up to their legal council on what to permit. I can not make any promise in that direction. It is also clear to me that this step was not taken as a money-grab, but rather due to an urgent legal necessity.
I am sorry - but here I am unable to help at that moment.

Hi, thanks for the reply — one more quick question: are Betsson going to offer the 30% maximum rakeback deal through pokerstrategy? It seems you currently only provide the rakechase via pokerstrategy and not the 30% boost to maximum rakeback. I currently have a 35% guaranteed iPoker deal on another skin through a different affiliate, so the prospect of falling to a monthly tier system is unappealing. However, the idea of a 30% deal through pokerstrategy — collecting strategy points while also earning referrals — is very attractive. If you offered the 30% guaranteed rakeback deal through pokerstrategy, you would certainly have my business.

Hi, I'm from the UK — so does that mean if I open an account via pokerstrategy I receive the boost to guaranteed 30% rakeback? Why isn't that shown in the promotions offer? Could pokerstrategy be planning to add the Betsson 30% rakeback deal to their bonus options?

it's true that this isn't widely advertised. In any event, we're currently reviewing the offer page because of the aforementioned change in the German regulation.
If you opt to sign up, please open a customer service ticket so I can a) confirm your tracking and b) ensure you receive the direct boost to 30%.
Incidentally, the Rake Chase can be worth up to about 17%, depending on the tier you attain. More here:

Is it open for Bulgaria?
Hi! Is Betsafe unavailable? I was able to access it for 1 hour yesterday, but today it’s down again. It gives some strange security errors. I’m hoping to play there again soon — thanks.
Betsafe is back online, worked out really well.
What’s going on with Betsafe/iPoker? It’s been offline very frequently.
OK I sent email to Betsafe, we discovered that my local ISP suddenly labeled betsafe.ee as harmful with their security service. Changing DNS to Google DNS restored the connection.

That used to happen with 888. I don't think that they were flagged as a security risk, but when they wouldn't connect, changing the DNS often worked.
Yes, but 888 was directly blocked by the government 13 years ago. Changing DNS used to work, and when I bypassed the ISP security by altering DNS and accessed Betsafe, I wondered if 888 again today. However, 888 appeared in that hidden spot, stating they no longer operate in my country and that any funds there can be withdrawn. I'm fairly certain the bankroll on 888 is exactly 0.
