Hey, i did a withdrawal on 888 and it been confirmed with the status ''transferred'' 2 days ago but i received nothing on my bank account... Just wondering if it can take time between when 888 transfer and when we really receive it? It is possible that a withdrawal can have a ''transferred'' status even if we do a mistake in wire transfer infos?

Asking here because support on 888 is trash and it bother me to see that 888 says its transferred while it's not really

Could a withdrawal still show "transferred" even if there was an error in the wire transfer details?

I'm asking here because support on 888 is awful and it annoys me to see that 888 is marked transferred while the money hasn't arrived

Hi LeRoux90,

I strongly recommend you follow up with your bank.

I would expect a delay of 1 or 2 working days, depending on the method used for the transfer (online wallet, credit card, wire transfer, etc.)

Also follow up with 888 support, but be ready to wait several days for a reply.

When you initiated the withdrawal, didn't you receive a confirmation email?

Best regards,

VS

Only an e-mail confirmation when i requested it. And i checked every day the withdrawal status on 888, it weirdly appearred only today as ''transferred'' but with the time and date of 2 days ago... Like it was transferred 2 days ago... It's just weird. I'll wait a day or two and contact support

It's my entire BR right there so it stressing me a bit... Everything is so unclear on this room can't wait to be out of this and never come back there

So no one on pokerstrategy ever did a withdrawal on 888 who could share their experience?

There is still nothing on my bank account... I contacted support but i don't expect them to answer me until a week or more and tell me something else that they did the transfer tbh, that's kinda annoying

What did the bank reply?

Haven't called them yet — I'll wait a few more days.

First time I get good service from support... So according to them everything appears normal. Withdrawals are very slow though compared with a site like Stars; I recall withdrawals there were transferred in about 2 or 3 days. Here it's almost 2 weeks...

Upon checking your account, I could see you requested a withdrawal of X USD via WireTransfer on 31/07. Please note the withdrawal request was approved in our system on 3/08.

Please allow me to inform you that the withdrawal processing in our system can take up to three business days for security reasons.

After that, you should allow up to 7 business days for the funds to reach you via WireTransfer, meaning the X USD will be credited on 11/08.

Well, it was just too good to be true... They claimed it would be credited on 11/08 and now we're 12/08, and my withdrawal (still not received and was approved almost 2 weeks ago) has reverted to "awaiting process" status. What the hell is this room, seriously?

Sorry I didn't check the forum for a few days. I think I may have entered the wrong bank account numbers, which is why it returned to awaiting process status. So I reversed the withdrawal, entered the bank account details I believe are correct, and tried to withdraw again; the new withdrawal is now on awaiting process status.

This is very frustrating though — it was said to be transferred when it clearly wasn't, only to finally say 2 weeks later that there's an error. I've been trying to withdraw for almost a month; all I do is wait... The system is way too slow. I'll come back if anything goes wrong again, though I hope it doesn't.

Good luck!

The sole occasion I needed a wire transfer, I visited the bank to obtain the proper account details.

It was rather confusing.

Can you still look into this? My username is ImLeRoux. I was told by support last time that withdrawal requests are approved in 1-3 days. I made mine the 8/12/2020 and we are now the 8/20/2020... Still showing awaiting process. We are at almost one month that I'm trying to withdraw, while all I do is wait — this is absolutely ridiculous

Hey 888Rep, could you clarify how bonuses work?

I've contacted support on multiple tickets and received contradictory answers.

I bought a $10 bonus on June 10.

I believe I have played enough to meet the clearing requirements.

In the 1st email thread, I was told I had 180 points and still needed 430 more to clear it.

In a second response, I was told outright that I could not clear it because I was playing with real money.

In the third response, the agent simply restated the bonus policy.

I can share the ticket numbers if that would be useful.

If it turns out I can never clear it, I'm upset at 888 for selling a bonus that I couldn't clear.

Cheers,

VS

Oops -- I'm Meroveus on 888

I've gone over the bonus policy but could not really understand all of the details, however with the help of another member (see: https://www.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?postid=3167641#post3167641) I learned that the only way to clear the bonuses would be to make a withdrawal request before your session and reverse the request afterward.

Yesterday, I did just that, and bought into the $16.50 Big Fish so I have no bonuses at the moment.

It would be fantastically helpful to have a clear, plain English explanation of bonuses.

Why even offer them to people with cash balances?

I know of no other site that forces a player to withdraw all cash in order to collect a bonus.

Here's another weird wrinkle:

$5.00 of my $21.50 bonus money was casino only.

I made a $5.00 blackjack bet, and lost, yet I still have $0.10 in Casino bonus money.

How can that happen?

Thanks for all your help!

Hi Blondie1920,

Welcome to PokerStrategy.com!

You might need to be patient.

888 support often takes a while, and frequently doesn't get it right on the first try.

Over time, however, matters usually resolve.

The 888 representative may be able to assist, but doesn't appear here daily.

All the best,

VS

Hello — a quick update: I finally reached an agent who was helpful, resolved everything for me, and got the process completed. Now it’s just a waiting game for the funds to arrive in my bank.

Really pleased it was resolved.

And yes, waiting for the transfer is the toughest part...

Hi Nassg96,

Welcome to PokerStrategy.com

I'm not sure that there is an official 888 rep these day.

888 has a discord channel — 888poker — but there is nothing official there.

I've asked on their server for where 888's official support lives, and I'll forward it to you.

I've you're on discord perhaps this link will help: https://discord.com/channels/1017755426953109585/1017755427615817774/1513317412701868052

I know that emailing them hasn't been much use for a year or more.

Also, you probably noticed that I edited out your person email address. Although it isn't against any rules, it isn't really save to post personal contact information in public forums.

All the best,
