i think, knowing what the flop brings every hand would be my pick.

I would choose to know exactly when someone is bluffing, so I bet with certainty.

Basically, if we could predict the future, we would know for sure whether to fold or call.

I would choose the superpower of knowing when someone is bluffing. In order to make money regularly and consistently, such a super ability is quite enough.
