Hey guys! I will open a Coworking space & live music bar called Montenegro Tower in a super cool and well preserved stone castle ruin of the Ottoman empire (18th century). Quiet location, awesome views on the mountains and sea and history to touch should make both an awesome Coworking space and bar. I plan to host live music events, wine tastings, workout/yoga courses and a bunch of other stuff.
