As a newbie, odd is what drives you, and the odds is always related to the stat, in most cases, this is always fact...

If you predict a game based on last five games, which shows that you just take a sample of the games to predict.

let's takes for in instance, as a newbie, you don't know anything about top club, those top club odds can never be judge with their last five game, even if they draw five in a row, their odds still maintain strictly, everyone is scared of risking, but this is the always right time to take a risk.

Hoestly I think tracking the last five games is overrated. Those panic odds when a top club seems shaky are way better spots to jump in, even if it feels wrong at first.

Yeah I kinda do that too, just grab the scary odds and hope the sleeping giant wakes up.

Its like when Barca dropped points twice in a row and everyone panicked but you just knew the odds for their next game were too jucy to pass up

Rela Madrid at 2.10 after a bad run is a gift.

I got burned doing this with Atletico Madrid once, their odds went up to 2.30 after a couple draws and I doubled down thinking it was easy money, they lost 1 0 at home to some bottom table side.

Honestly those thick 1.80 odds on a big team that just stumbled are my favorite trap to bite on, especially when the stats scream "avoid" but you can just feel they're about to smash someone 4 nil.

It really just boils down to variance, a string of draws doesn't magically increase the win probability in the next game but the market often overcorrects with these fat odds. Not a straetgy I'd lean on heavily, but sometimes the value is just too obvious to ignore when the panic sets in.

yeah i feel like newbies overthink the stats way too much, sometimes you just gotta look at that fat price on a sleeping giant and pounce before the market corrects itself.

i always check if they had alot of shots and just bad luck, not like they got outplayed hard. blind faith on big clubs can still hurt but knowing they actually attacked well eases the pain a bit
