Most hands just feel off until you stop expecting patterns. The sooner you accept that every flop is basically random noise the less these sessions mess with your head.

the tables where everyone plays tight are way more painful than the loose ones honestly, at least wiht maniacs you can catch a big hand and get paid

Some sessions really do feel like the deck has a personal vendetta against you. I just switch tables when that weird energy lingers too long.

If it feels off just fold everythin for ten minutes and watch the whle vibe reset it does work sometimes

Sometimes that weird vibe is just you not adjusting to the table fast enough though. I find it helps to just tighten up a bit and not force plays till the flow shifts back your way.
