Poker is great, but it needs more visuals. If they made it more like a Texas Hold’em poker app, it would be much better.

Yeah agree, the gameplay is solid but the table feels a bit flat. Even some subtle animations when cards are dealt would go a long way tbh.

Totally feel you on this, a little polish like chip sounds or card flips would make it way more immersive ngl.

fr I'd love some crisp card animations and maybe a more polished table feel, the bare-bones look makes it feel a bit too robotic rn

ngl the bare bones table makes it feel more like a spreadsheet than actual poker, some proper chip stacks and card flips would fix that real quick

Yeah some card flip animations and chip stack visual would do wonders, right now it’s a bit too static even though the poker itself runs smooth.

kovays8Newbie4 posts

fr it's the little things that'd make it pop, like seeing your chip count go up in a slick animation after a win would hit different

lilyast4Newbie4 posts

ngl seeing the chips physically move to the winner with a satisfying stack animation would make every pot feel way more exciting

krxenne3Newbie2 posts

a clean table design with real chip stacks and smooth card flips would honestly elevate the whole vibe, even the basic Hold'em apps have that tbh

vynynNewbie3 posts

fr the base game is solid but it’s basically just green felt and floating numbers, a little visual polish would make a massive difference tbh

Yeah a proper felt table and some chip animations would go a long way, right now it feels like playing on a spreadsheet with cards

do you think theyd ever add stuff like player avatars too or is that asking for too much from them? I feel like even simple profile pics at the table would make it feel more alive than just the blank circles

Even a simple sound effect when cards are dealt makes it feel way more interactive, they should steal that idea from the mobile apps ASAP.

HenrypaveNewbie1 posts

Yeah actually, it will be alot more interactive

thornarkiMicro-Stakes Grinder8 posts

Smooth animations alone would fix half the complaint.

Honestly just having the chips physically move to the center of the table would make it feel so much less static. It is such a small thing but it really tricks your brain into thinking you are in a real game.

I actually think keeping it simple helps the games run smoother, the last thing you want is lag when you're in a big pot.

I kinda like the clean look though, keeps it loading fast on my phone without crashing mid hand.

fr bro a little confetti when you hit a flush would hit diff fr ?

VaelariumNewbie3 posts

A splash of colour when you win a big hand would be nice, but I hope they keep the tablle itself fairly clean.

idk if you noticed but turning off the extra animations in the settings actually makes the dealing faster, that's my lil trick when the table is slow

ngl I was playing on a casino site last week that had this slick chip toss animation when you bet, made the whole thing feel way mroe hype without slowing anything down.

Fr the chip count floating up after a win liike in that Ignition mobile app would make it feel way more satisfying.

yea even a simple card slide sound would make it feel less empty

kazraki990Newbie2 posts

idk why they dont add a dealer chat box to throw in some banter, makes it feel less robotic tbh

dacingsalmonMicro-Stakes Grinder8 posts

yeah gameplay is nice but teh table def needs more life, even small card flips and chip splash would make it feel way less dead tbh ?

I actually prefer it minimal, keeps the focus on the cards and not some flashy nonsense slowing the table down.

aurorayx4Newbie4 posts

I alwyas thought a subtle dealer voice would make it feel way more like a real table.

man i tried this random poker app last week where the chips wuold literally bounce off the felt when you shoved and it was so satisfying, like it added weight to the whole move somehow just a bit of that over here would go a long way i think even if it was just on river decisions

opinicus416Newbie3 posts

I remember playing a home game app that showed a little animated card flip when you went all in, and honestly it made even losing feel cinematic. Something subtle like that would fit right in here without cluttering the table.

Vyxalwyn2Newbie2 posts

I actually kinda like how clean it looks now, feels less distracting when I'm trying to read the board quickly. A card flip animation could be nice but only if it doesnt slow things down, some of those apps get way too flashy and it just lags my phone honestly.

Ladyseo3Micro-Stakes Grinder6 posts

Even a simple hover effect on the cards so they pop a tiny bit woud make the whole table feel less flat tbh

synly6Micro-Stakes Grinder5 posts
Posted Jul 11, 2026, 10:15 AM#34

yeah it def needs some juice, like even a simple winning hand highlight would do wonders. i tried the poker on rollbit and they got this smooth card deal sound that makes the whole thing way more immersive without bein over the top.

vaelixNewbie4 posts
Posted Jul 11, 2026, 11:14 AM#35

yeah the visuals could use a bump for sure, it feels a bit flat right now. i kinda wish theyd add like a smooth slide for the community cards instead of them just popping up instantly, makes the flop feel more dramatic

krxkaverMicro-Stakes Grinder7 posts
Posted Jul 11, 2026, 11:16 AM#36

Honestly I prefer the subtle chip toss idea over flashy card animations because it feels more immersive without getting messy. those apps that try to animate every single card just end up lagging half the time anyway.

JadevaNewbie3 posts
Posted Jul 11, 2026, 1:06 PM#37

honestly if they added something like a highlight ring around the winning hand cards thatd be slick, even small suff like that makes the game feel more premium. i saw it on a blackjack game once and it made the whole thing pop for some reason

opinicus2Newbie4 posts

Try clicking the felt area during a hand, it sometimes brings up a hidden card view that feels a bit more interactive.

timothyXxMicro-Stakes Grinder5 posts

yeah the table needs some love for sure, even just a little card swoosh would make me feel like a high roller instead of staring at a screen lol no cap

Id take a clean table with quick dealing over soome flashy app any day, but that chip toss animation someone mentioned sounds like a sweet middle ground that wouldn’t slow things down
