I'm new to poker tournaments. Can someone explain what these "tickets" are? Are they prizes from some free tournaments that grant entry into larger events?

Congrats on scoring the ticket! I'd recommend reviewing the promotion terms or contacting Stake support if it isn't functioning. Hopefully you have it resolved soon.
